Has a horrible taste and smell. The smell is so unbearable it sticks with you. I hate that you have to add the water and let sit, it ended up wet and grimey. Please save your taste buds and stay far, far away.

This mix wasn’t bad—it just wasn’t for me. The garlic was way stronger than I expected based on the ingredients list, and there was a noticeable spicy zip that wasn’t clearly listed. Not blow-your-head-off, but enough that I noticed... and didn’t exactly enjoy. If you love garlic and don’t mind a little lingering heat, this might actually be your thing. I ended up giving the rest of the bag to a friend who’s a garlic fanatic—she was thrilled. Me? I don’t love tasting garlic three hours after munch, so I’ll stick with the Immi mix, which is more balanced and predictable. That said, it did have a good texture, rehydrated nicely in about 4 minutes with Keurig-heated water, smelled great, and worked well in a ramen cup. I'd say it's versatile enough for many soupy applications. While it’s a bit on the pricier side, it's still a better value than many others out there. So if you enjoy some unexpectedly bold garlic and don’t mind a little mystery heat, it might be worth a try. Not a bad product, just not the right flavor profile for me.
