"Good enough"...
Good enough to deter a casual thief as it's visually shown to be locked, plus the wire looks sturdy enough to stop someone without a tool for cutting it. Easy to use and setup. I wouldn't use it to lock your home but for a cycle or something similar its "good enough". Considering the price, the cable and the little lock - keep your expectations in line and you'll see that this is "good enough".
