They arrived safely and intact. They are exactly like you would buy from a supermarket. They are very filling as a meal replacement.

Very helpful
I due to gastric issues couldn't face eating but needed to eat and drink.. This was the answer as it gave me the energy to to become pro-active. It's easy to consume and have near you, no embarrassing spilling etc. I chose strawberry and cream.
