I used it on my fruit and nut trees ..
My nut trees are showing visible signs of growth already .

There is no real way to determine if it helps or not. I planted two 4' tall dappled willow trees and wanted to give them a head start so chose this product after doing reviews. Came fast and was priced reasonably. Was easy to mix with tree soil. Hope it helps.
