My insert went flat and tried to get replacement from Bestway - they were out of stock. It was a great replacement for the insert for the cover. Just don't fill it to 100%.

Prefect fit, was what we needed for the colder weather.

Product sizing is not accurate and smaller than what it states. It is also consistently deflating and you have to constantly add air. Extremely disappointed, especially for the price.

I tried to patch the original inflatable inner cover of my Bestway Saluspa Madrid three times. But each time it started leaking again so I decided to buy this cover. It inflated quickly and fit great into the outer cover! Also, it seems to be retaining the heat better than the old cover. One minor complaint: As others have noted in their reviews, the handles get covered over by the outer cover. Tlswshsy if you are listening if you could move the handles to about 6 inches closer to the center of the cover you could get 5 stars.

I did not order this from the company we bought the inflatable hot tub from but it fit perfectly. It is a must to have because the normal cover dips down and catches leaves and water when it rains, but with the topper underneath, it levels it out more evenly and is so beneficial. One more advantage is, I believe it locks in the heat of the hot tub water temperature when not in use as well. It was a perfect fit for our Bestway ( Miami version) inflatable hot tub.

The item itself is ok. However sizing is totally not what it shows. There are 2 sizes available per the seller. I bought this as a replacement for my Coleman spa (which is clearly pictured in their listing). I bought the smaller size thinking it might work well after I got it inflated - nope. I sent it back and ordered the larger one. After inflating the larger one I found it was too big. Not wanting to send another one back I kept the larger one and, even though it is much too larger for my spa, I made it work. Their listing is very misleading. From my research there is no insert truly available for the Coleman spa - thus I won't be purchasing that again either.

Got this for my husband 3 years ago. We take it down in the Winter and put back up in the Spring. No issues.

Losing air already for no obvious reason.
