I am 5'11 and 204 pounds and the sales photo doesn't do this product justice. At 155 gallons you have plenty of room to float or sit in the center of the ice. I used an electric air pump at first to get the basic for the rim, but the accordion air pump provided was more powerful to get the rim stiff. It has its own air valve so the air doesn't come out unless you want it to. Since it's in my garage I am need to get or make a silk net to remove dust particles and the occasional suicidal bugs. I am in Florida what can I say. My water level is at 4" below the rim and once I am in it sitting it's up to neck. It comes with a air pillow and ice bag for the freezer a particle shield and thermal cover. Best solution for cold bath therapy at best price and yes it has a carry bag, and water release valve at the bottom. I this a a soft gallon bucket is equally as useful for those that can't go without and wish to do meet up cold baths with friends any where.
