It shattered the glass all over my hand it’s bad quality

Seems a bit flimsy plastic. For such a simple device it wasn't that easy to use, ampoule not held securely at all. Took several attempts to break ampoule.

Worth the money if your snapping lots of vials like me so that you don’t puncture your hand with glass. Quality piece of kit

I've been using it a few months now and it is fine for opening 1ml B12 ampoules. Yes, it's bigger than they are, but as long as you keep it upright after breaking the ampoule, the open ampoule just slips to the bottom without any spillage. My only reservation (apart from the environmental impact of yet another plastic thing) is that I'm not sure how long this is going to last.Edited to add: In light of the reservation about durability I mentioned in my original review, I feel I should add that it’s still going strong after an additional four and a half months of opening ampoules every other day.Edited further: a year and nine months later, it’s still working well despite being used every other day.

bought this as every time tried break the bottle to get the needle in t o give a injection always cut my finger this way easy to use and two sizes it takes my wife has aderison and has a emergencey injection any one with same or simulare type it worth the buy infact i told my chemist near me where to buy them from and have the deatails t opass on to there customers to order them
