These are a must in the hot weather we have been having, they are slightly smaller than your bed pillow but I got 3 packs put them in the fridge and then on your bed before going to sleep, you will sleep so much better and be a comfortable temperature, my kids are fine with just one pad and myself and my partner have 2 laid out to lay on, you can either put them under the sheet or just lay directly on them

Arrived next day with prime. In perfect condition. I didn’t think they’d be that effective when I took the plastic off but I was proved wrong. These pads leave your skin nice and cool. I have had a stingy itchy neck since Chemo and nothing stops it but I’ve found that “cold” on my skin really helps. I did as one reviewer suggested and put one of these in my pillow case. It kept my neck so nice and cool. It’s actually too cool for me to sleep on but at least I can calm my itch down before sleeping. These are pliable enough for me to roll one up and hold it around my neck during the day. I tried putting one in the fridge but that made it too cold for me.
