I recently picked up the COLAZE 12L/Day Dehumidifier and wanted to share my thoughts after putting it through its paces. Living in a humid climate, the struggle with moisture is real. This little machine claims a solid 12L moisture removal per day, and so far, it hasn't disappointed. The user interface is pretty straightforward. The touch screen is responsive and makes it simple to switch between modes, whether I'm aiming for a certain humidity level or just letting it run continuously. I was a bit skeptical about the noise level at first. Dehumidifiers aren't exactly known for being silent, but this one is impressively quiet. It's been running in the background without interrupting sleep or daily activities, which is a big win in my book. Design-wise, it's compact. It fits nicely into a corner without becoming an eyesore, and when I need to move it, it's not a hassle. The handles are a small but appreciated feature. For drainage, I stick with the manual option. The tank's got enough volume that I'm not constantly emptying it, and when I do, it's not messy. I've kept the continuous drain hose as a backup but haven't needed to use it yet. All in all, the COLAZE Dehumidifier has been a solid performer. It's not fancy, but it gets the job done without a fuss. If you're dealing with dampness and want a low-maintenance solution, this could be a good pick. Overall 10/10 id actually be lost without it now, its does exactly what it says in the tin!

Excellent Product Excellent Value Excellent Service

So I always thought dehumidifiers were for drying out damp houses or furniture etc if there'sd been flooding or its old etc but a friend told me that they're also really good in general including cutting down on drying costs of your laundry. Now although I have a washer/dryer I normally save the drying function for emergencies or towels so in the colder months when I can't hang the washing outside I put it on airers inside. Unfortunately then it takes hours and hours to dry and the dampness in the air can make the room seem a bit fusty and the clothes don't smell as fresh. Since buying this dehumidifier I have been using it when I have washing hanging and it cuts the drying time down by, I would say, at least half! The clothes smell fresher and the room doesn't feel and smell damp. I was astounded by how much water it was getting out of the air - by the time a load is dry there must be at least 1.5 litres of water in the cassette at the back. The machine is easy to use, I generally stick to the automatic setting and it sorts itself out. The casette that collects the water is easy to remove and empty. It's a good size without being overbearing, it's nice and light so easy to move around, and it's pretty quiet so it doesn't cause a disturbance. I would definitely recommend this if you thinking of getting a dehumidifier, and if you weren't thinking about it I really would, this is a game changer!

What a game changer! We’ve been noticing in the colder winter months that when we’re drying laundry indoors we tend to get condensation on the windows and the items take a long time to dry - this obviously isn’t great. This is where this amazing dehumidifier comes to the rescue, simply pop it in the room where your laundry is hanging and not only is the condensation gone but the clothes dry soo much quicker! To saw we were shocked by the amount of water collected in the tank on the back is an understatement, we were shocked! - you can set the fan on low or high which will impact how quickly it works, when on high the fan is slightly louder. - you can set the dehumidifier to run continuously or for a set period of time which is great if you don’t want to have it running all the time. - you can chose if you want it to constantly run or set the room humidity you’d like it to reach, you’ll be surprised how quickly it can drop a room from around 70% to 30-40% and you really notice the difference! - the water collects in the tank on the back which is a really great size, if you remove the tank while it’s running it automatically shuts off which is a good feature. - if you don’t want to use the built in tank it also comes with a hose to attach which you could put into something else eg. Sink, bath etc which would be helpful if you’ve had an escape of water somewhere and need to dry the area out. Overall this dehumidifier works great, it’s well worth the money spent and is really easy to use, I’m genuinely soo impressed with it.

It does it’s job very efficiently, but it can be noisy. The water tank is an absolute nightmare to empty and impossible not to spill water when it overfills. Otherwise very good appliance. Our stays permanently in the bathroom and keeps all the house nice, dry and odour free. There’s nothing worse than smelly towels and it helps drying them

We use this dehumidifier daily to help dry our washing Indoors, which during the winter months in the UK, is a great way to dry clothes at a fraction of the cost of a tumble drier. I wont post pictures of our washing – but there is a lot of it! We have two teenagers who play a lot of football. Therefore, there is always lots of washing on the go in our house, which in winter months, when there is nowhere to dry it outside is a challenge. This unit literally costs pennies per day to run, and it dries the washing in less than half the time of just air drying. The amount of moisture it will remove is incredible, so not only does the washing dry quicker, but it will also reduce the risk of condensation, which as we know leads to mould patches forming in the corners of ceilings. It’s a great design, sleek, well made and a nice sized unit – not like the big bulky dehumidifiers of old. It is a very well-designed, portable compact unit. The digital settings are very good, and it’s easy to use out the box. It has a selection of settings, should you want to put it on a timer etc, but that will require a read of the instruction booklet to understand all the uses! Pros: - Easy to use – just press 'on' and go! - Runs far quieter than the older models we have had. Not much more noise than a normal floor fan. - A variety of settings and auto shut off. - Good digital humidity display - Easy to move, and far lighter than models of old. Cons: - Wheels work ok, but are too small for rolling on carpeted areas, so you need to lift the unit. - Instruction booklet required a re-read, if looking to understand all the features available. Overall, I've been really pleased with this unit. Highly recommended!

rubbish, does not register the RH of the room correctly ( massively under ) so theres no overrall way to set it running other then continuous or not. the design of the intake and output is flawed because if you have it against a wall then the intake is massively blocked . Also even when it hits the " right " RH, the units fan still runs. plus youve got a great customer service team who just wont answer your messages.

We bought this dehumidifer as we were coming into the cooler/wetter months when it's not possible to dry clothes outside, and a friend has been extolling the virtues of his dehumidifier. When we first tried this overnight on a small maiden of clothes we were shocked the next morning to find that the clothes were virtually dry - it's like magic! We have a 'box room' that is ideal for using a dehumidifier as it's a small enclosed space. This has the added benefit of isoltaing the sound of the unit if you have it running overnight, but to be fair it's not overly loud in my opinion. There are options on the unit that we haven't used yet, such as setting a target humidity and lowering the speed, but we tend to just run it overnight on High and it does the job for us. Another option which might be useful for some use cases is a supplied pipe that allows the unit to continuously drain water away, rather than filling it's tank. The tank is one slight downside, as it's fairly small and the unit shuts off automatically when it's full. It's enough for our needs, but for a larger family/room you might need something with a larger capacity. Speaking of rooms, we have also run the unit for an hour or so after somebody had been in a hot shower, and it's surprising how much water it collects from the ambient atmosphere. All in all this is a great purchase, especially if you need to dry clothes indoors, as it avoids having condensation on your walls/windows which can lead to mould.

Works very quiet, very effective.

The Colaze Home Dehumidifier is perfectly sized so it can be placed anywhere without being in the way. I have it pictured next to my standing laundry basket for reference (it’s about a quarter of the size). I placed it in my laundry room because it’s where I have the most issues with moisture and it has made a big difference. It is quiet enough (only a slight airy hum that blends in as calming white noise when in regular mode, but gets much quieter in Night Mode), has cute colored LED lights (mine is set to blue), and is super easy to setup and run. It’s even easier to take the small back tank out and empty. In my photos, you can see the dark water line for how much was collected within a week’s time with one full day dedicated to doing laundry. These dehumidifiers remove excessive moisture in the air effectively and can be beneficial for your health by reducing mold and mildew. My laundry just smell like fresh laundry now, and not that nasty mildew/old water smell. I highly recommend this dehumidifier for any room you’re seeing/smelling moisture issues with. **Please note, my photos show my dehumidifier against my wall/frame, but this was only for photographic purposes. Keep your dehumidifier in an open enough space for the vents to do their job.

This is a great value for anyone looking for a small humidifier to collect excess moisture in a room. Has several options for ambient lighting so that it also looks nice in your home. If using in a bedroom it also has an extra quiet sleep mode. Easy water reservoir for dumping water as well.

Alsolut Spitze! Wir sind sehr begeistert, es steht im Keller in der Waschküche. Hier war es Muffelig und sehr feucht, das Wasser lief an der Scheibe runter. Schon nach einem Tag kein Wasser mehr an den Fenstern. Nach 3 Tagen riecht es frisch . Wir mussten den Behälter täglich leeren. Jetzt haben wir den Schlauch angeschlossen und es funktioniert absolut gut. Wir nutzen es den ganzen Herbst, Winter und Frühling 24 Std täglich im Keller. Nur im Sommer, wenn man besser und länger lüften kann darf das Gerät pausieren. Das Gerät macht was es soll, ist leise und macht die Luft frischer.
