Great set of scrubs for the price, it fits great and very comfortable. I’ve had it for a year now and it’s very durable and washes easily

Go a size down.
These definitely run big. I am 5'10, 170 lb. I normally wear large shirts and 32/32 pant. I ordered medium. The shirt is long In the pants are long and baggy. Will be getting smalls. The fabric is on the swishy side, But that's expected because they are not cotton or microfiber.

Comfy but low neck
The pants are excellent. Incredibly comfortable, I am happy wearing them all day. A little long (I got size M, my inseam is 32) but not bad. The shirt is also really comfortable, but the v neck is kinda low for my liking. It feels like I’m trying to showing off my chest hair or something. I wear an undershirt with a lower neckline (pretty similar to the standard wife-beater neckline) and it peeks through in these. Would recommend getting underscrubs for this reason. Just a personal preference.
