Chipotle

Chipotle seems to be quite new to the UK and after getting bored with our normal chilli con carne we went to a Chipotle restaurant to see how it's done. I love chipotle and this book tell you how to make your own if you cannot find the ready to use chillies or paste.It may seem like just another spice, but there is a lovely warmth to it over pure hot tasteless spice!I love this book. Good Buy and worth shipping from abroad.

There is something for everyone. I brought the book to give as a gift; but, I couldn't let it go. I don't consider myself a Chipotle fan; but, this book has recipes and pictures of some good eats. This book is hot.

A great book! It opened a world of flavors that I was not familiar with. The recipes actually work, unlike so many cookbooks. I was not familiar with chipotle chiles and many of the recipes have been added to my favorites.Richard Robertson
