Strawberry Natural Food Flavouring 15ml - Foodie Flavours

You never know with reviews for food items as we’re all so different, but I thought I’d try this product anyway. I have to say, it was just what I was after. I was tasked with making cakes with a particular kind of strawberry flavoured frosting - similar to that of milkshakes and Angel Delight - and that is exactly what this product brought. The friend in question described it as ‘dreamy strawberry’ and I think that’s quite accurate.

Wow- fantastic stuff! Totally delicious and dont need more than a few drops to make smbc taste like ice cream! Transformed what seemed like an odd request for a strawberry flavoured wedding cake tier into a delicious reality. Works well in modelling choc too - all I've experimented with so far. Oh- and its bake stable too. Bit more expensive and smelled a little weird on opening but the results are natural and don't go fluffy and blue like the real things. Highly recommend.

This is a good quality product at a good price. I have one small problem with it. The dropper spout runs too quickly. I use it for flavouring protein shakes, and I want exactly three drops in my shake, no more or less. Because the spout runs so quickly it is difficult to measure the precise amount I want. I have dispensed the liquid to another dropper bottle that allows me to control the flow much more easily, so no big problem.

This was my first purchase of Foodie Flavs flavourings, and I must say, they’re amazing!! The smell when you open it is unbelievable, you literally only need a few drops in your baking or sweet making and it gives it this intense taste. We used this in our white chocolate and strawberry fudge, and it’s a killer! Very popular.

It smells amazingggg, but has a weird taste nothing like strawberries, a subtle bitterness which is disappointing considering it's a flavouring.

I have used this in cakes and some delicious Swiss meringue buttercream! It is quite strong, obviously, so seriously go one drop at a time. If you want to be sure, do the drop onto the spoon and not the actual mixture. It gives a really nice scent and devine flavour. So worth it!

Doesnt taste like strawberries at all, hardly any flavor at all even after 20 drops in 300ml of milk. I wanted it to flavor my protein (whey) shakes.

Used in cooking, worked great with nice strawberry taste
