Taste not as bad as some people describe. It’s a little sweet but some bitterness to it. I only been talking it for 2 days, but already see some improvement in my regularity. Will update a little later when I have will take it for longer time. Update: taking it a month now. Stomach works like clock. Totally regular after struggling with constipation for years. I can’t say that it curbs my appetite though. Taking it a tbsp in half of glass of water after meal twice a day. Happy with purchase. Would recommend to buy.

Miracle in a Bottle! I won't lie, it does NOT taste good, but I just take down 2 TBS a day in the morning and I am FINALLY regular everyday. Also, I have more energy and can tell my gut is healing. My bloat is going down as well. I am ordering my 3rd bottle now, so it is not a magic pill and takes a bit of time, but I definitely felt more energy and went to the bathroom after in the first few days.

Tastes better than expected compared to reviews. I’m wondering if the digestive effects are simply because it contains senna, a laxative. Starting day 3, we’ll see how it goes.

It's really does all what it says and stomach bloated gone, lack of appetite and full of energy, the taste is not so good drink alot of water after taking it. Not a bad price it's worth it. Smells good and has a smooth texture, I take 2 tablespoons drink plenty of water everyday and it has a berry sent.

This Serene Herbs Soursop Bitters taste just like that childhood elixir! For those of you with a sensitive palate, you may find the taste to be repulsive, however, the product works! I started the regimen by taking it in reduced dosages (two teaspoons every night the first week) allowing my body to adjust as it WILL cleanse your gut. I also noticed some other positive changes to my complexion. It became clearer and minimized the appearance of acne on my forehead. Having started this routine, I have been regulated and on a routine schedule on eliminating gut content, which is a great result. Very bitter but I just chase it with water. I believe it is helping me use the bathroom a little more regularly. I suffer from constipation and this stuff seems to help. I haven’t been taking it too long and I only take half the dose.

I’ve been taking this for eight days now it’s still too soon to tell, but I can say this: It really does have an instant impact in helping you to sleep better at night and you do feel the effects of it working in your system right away I’ll have future updates perhaps a month or two from now, to see how it has improved other concerning issues with my body.
