Nice keyboard but doesn’t light up
Update: The sellers customers services is amazing. They reached out to assist in troubleshooting and give direction on getting the lighting to work. Before I could respond they had already refunded. The keyboard still function without the lights so their effort to still rectify the defect shows they stand behind their product. Because of their customer service i give this company 5 stars.3 star review: The cool part about the keyboard was the lights which it doesn’t do when following the included directions. I even tried plugging into different devices and still nothing. It’ll serve its purpose but I could have paid less for just a keyboard.I may return!

Keyboard works great
The keys are nice and smooth. After maybe a month of use, some the keys are already wearing off and you can't see which key it is. It's fine because I can type without looking but it isalready starting to look like an old keyboard after a month if use.

Nice to get what you expect!
Plug and play as advertised. Love the feel of the keys. Nice quiet operation. Light up keys very handy for low light work. The only complaint is that there is not a separate Home Key. Phone slot is way more handy than I thought it would be.

Quit working within the day
The keyboard itself didn't have much of a curve or support to it and it lasted 4 hours before it died and then WOULD NOT CHARGE. I charged it completely before I started using it. So disappointed.

Small
My first impression was that this keyboard is small and the lettering is so pale, making it look low-quality. I am 5 feet and 11 inches, which means I am not big, yet this keyboard is too small for me; the keys are too close to each other. Its width is 2 inches smaller than my old keyboard made by a well-known company. Using it feels claustrophobic.Ergonomically, this keyboard is average. The palm rest has no padding, so it does not feel comfortable. The keys are quieter than my old keyboard, so it is good, but it has a lot less dedicated media keys. The backlight is just a gimmick for people who type without looking at the keyboard like me. I only need to look at the keyboard when typing numbers and symbols. This keyboard is certified by the following organizations, which means it is safe to use.• CE Marking (Conformité Européenne), which certifies that this product complies with EU (European Union) safety, health, and environmental requirements.• RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), which certifies that this product complies with the restriction use of specific hazardous materials found in electronic and electrical products; it is globally recognized.• UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed), which certifies that this product complies with UK regulations and standards. This keyboard looks and feels average to me; therefore, I do not recommend it.

Actually not bad--but a few design choices may hinder it with some users.
One of the things I noticed immediately about this keyboard is that its keys are noticeably higher than those of some of my other keyboards. That's actually not necessarily bad, but these keys also have a very “soft” feel to them when pressed. Fans of soft, quiet keys will love this keyboard; however, this soft feel adds to the sense of these keys having noticeably more “travel” in them (i.e., how much you have to press a key down in order for it to trigger) than some other keyboards. One of the things I did like about this keyboard is its set of lighting effects: they’re actually pretty well done. There is a pulsing color mode which rotates through all the colors, as well as an individual color mode. The third mode is a sort of “lightning-sweep” effect: when you press any key, a flash of color sweeps VERY quickly across the keyboard from left to right; the color of the flash changes each time, rotating through all of the available colors. I found myself wishing I could slow that particular effect down a few milliseconds or so…but that’s a minor quibble.Traditional ergonomic keyboards split the entire keyboard, with the keys for your left and right hands broken into two separate groups for your hands and angled in a way to make typing feel more natural, given how your hands are oriented when you sit. This keyboard tries to borrow from that design without actually splitting the keyboard: it has all of the keys together, but they are on a gentle “hill”, with the top of the hill in the very middle of the keyboard…all of the keys for the left hand slope down gently to the left, and vice-versa for the right. It’s a nice effort, but I didn’t find this configuration all that different from a more traditional keyboard, to be honest. One thing that did cause me issues was the delete key: it’s overly large on this keyboard, and as a designer I could see how you would think that would be helpful…but to my surprise, I actually found it distracting when I typed on this keyboard. A hard wrist-rest is provided, molded to fit the contours of the user’s wrist, and I have to admit it’s surprisingly comfortable given that it’s hard...however, I’ve gotten spoiled by the cushioned wrist-rests included with some keyboards; they still edge this one in terms of comfort.Overall, this isn’t a bad keyboard: certain aspects, like it’s lighting effects, stand out from the pack, and one can see where the manufacturers tried to be creative in the design process in order to make a more useful, comfortable product. However, it probably falls short in a couple of those areas for most users. Ultimately, you’ll have to make your purchasing decision based on your individual goals and preferences.
