Outstanding for home office use, 12+ hours of daily wear with no strain
I have been telecommuting for over 17 years, and I have two basic problems: 1. I have a really loud household. I *need* over the ear headphones and active noise cancellation. 2. I have the worst luck in the world when it comes to making a pair of headphones last. I have had plenty of headphones break exactly in the same spot, on one of the earpad hinges. It doesn't matter the brand or cost, I break them all the same way. This has forced me to slowly move up on the price tiers, hoping to finally hit that one pair where the durability justifies the cost. I was actually doing OK with my previous pair of Soundcore, but they broke at the exact time that the next model up in their lineup had dropped enough in price that my insurance refund covered the purchase price. So far this pair has outlasted the previous pair, even under a brutal regime. I work from home, so it is normal to wear these for very long periods of time and usually accumulating 12-15 hours a day. I haven't tested the batteries so far, I usually plug them back to recharge the second I step away from my desk. I also spend quite a bit of time wearing them in wired mode, which uses almost no power. The sound quality is fantastic and the active noise cancellation is at least as good as advertised. The transparency mode is pretty clever, you can hear the normal range for a human voice but it cuts off anything outside of that range. I sit under an air conditioner vent all day, and my home office is next to our kitchen, I never hear the exhaust fans from the kitchen and it is rare that I can tell that the washer, dryer or dishwasher are running. The app allows you to tweak the equalizer settings extensively, wind noise reduction, the easy chat mode, etc. It also allows a simple way of managing multiple device mode. One thing I like is that I can disable noise cancellation level settings, instead of 3 I just leave the noise cancellation and transparent modes and disable the "normal" mode. I live in a condo with metal studs, which turns it into a Faraday cage. It's almost impossible to get a cell phone signal unless one sits on a windowsill or steps out to the balcony, thankfully my carrier uses Wi-Fi calling but still, the studs are disruptive enough that I need two wireless access points to cover 1200 square feet. I can stray from my PC or phone probably 50 feet without losing audio, it depends how many walls are between me and the source. The distance feels a little bit better when using the phone, a Pixel 9 Pro XL. The PC is using a Bluetooth 5 dongle. As I mentioned before, I spend quite a lot of time wearing these in wired mode. There are two reasons for that: 1. I don't know why, but if I allow dual mode on, as soon as I start a Zoom call I get into a Bluetooth tug of war between the PC and the phone. Every single time. The only consistent solution is to use the cable. 2. I have an Xbox Series X console on my desk. I like to keep movies as background noise while I work, if I play the movies on the Xbox then I don't have to deal with my PC slowing down because it's GPU is a piece of crap (this is a work PC and I am about to upgrade). I use a Maker Hart mixer, 3.5mm out from the PC, 3.5mm out from the TV connected to the Xbox, then I can connect headphones to one of its outputs. This way I can listen to my grade B horror movies while I write code and it allows me to hear notifications from Windows. The reverse is also true, I can play a game on the Xbox and listen to music or a movie on the PC thanks to the mixer. If I only need one audio source I just leave it in Bluetooth mode. If it's going to be Zoom calls all day I just leave it plugged to the 3.5mm cable. I am also running a durability experiment of sorts, I am being very consistent in how I put these away, I fold them as indicated in the instructions and plug them to recharge. I have in the past thrown previous units across the room in a rage, and many times I have gotten tangled with the cable and sent a pair flying. They are super comfortable, to the point that I forget that I am wearing them. Like I said earlier, it is normal for me to put 12-15 hours a day on these without feeling discomfort, neck soreness, etc. I tried sleeping with them and it works great as long as I sleep on my back, if I sleep on my side I feel like I am putting enough strain on them to break them. I have exactly one complaint about these, and it is very minor. The power button takes a hair too long to activate, it always makes me feel that I pressed it too long and it's going to send them into pair mode. That's it. Would I recommend these ? Yup. They do sit at a higher price point, but for somebody that has to wear them for full work days they have an excellent bang for the buck.

Baaaahaa!
Soundcore is the GOAT. The space one pro easily competes with and beats out many of its competitors in the $400-$500 for a fraction of the price. Both objectively and subjectively. Objectively; well made triple composite drivers offer high fidelity sound and nearly no distortion. For clarity and bass you can't do much better. This headset also includes the best version of Bluetooth with all the best audio codecs. The headset is very comfortable, lightweight and the most foldable. Battery life is absurd, the headset can last all day without charging and 5 minutes of charging gives you 8 hours. Noise cancelling while not top tier like Sony or bose is pretty darn good and will be more than satisfactory for most people. Full customization with the soundcore app so you can tune these exactly to your liking. Subjectively; just look up Wired Magazines blind headphone test by top sound engineers to pick their favorite sounding headset. The results shockingly put soundcore space one pro at #1 above the Sony flagship XM6, bose qc ultra 2, and Bowers and Wilkins flagship (like $500 more expensive than space one pro)

An improvement over the Space Ones
So these are the updated version of the Space One headphones. They fold up super small, and the adjustment is super smooth. The ear cups swivel almost 270 degrees, to better fit your head. It has physical buttons, which might be a turn off for some people, personally I prefer physical buttons. It can use the LDAC codec, just like the Space Ones do, and it also supports spatial audio, but not both at the same time, through the Soundcore app. I didn't notice a *huge* difference in the sound between the Space Ones and these but there is definitely a difference. They're not the loudest headphones, but they can get pretty loud, they definitely went for quality of sound over max volume, which again, I prefer, it is loud enough to drown out the stuff around you but not so loud it hurts you. For some reason they removed the wear sensor, so these don't automatically pause when you remove them like the Space Ones did, and the "hold your hand over the ear cup to talk" is also not present, but they are better at auto adjusting when you talk unlike the old ones that were a bit of a hair trigger(at least for me). The active noise canceling is so much better on these. I live in a semi-busy area of my town and with the ANC on I can't hear any of it, you get a little of the low sounds if you're really close to it but like it's dead silent. The transparency mode is also miles ahead of the Space Ones, it's not Apple Airpods good but I can listen to music pretty loud and still hear what's going on around me to a very reasonable degree, they definitely improved the ANC the most with these. They don't weigh all that much more than the space one, it's about the same, these beat it out on that by maybe a quarter lb but honestly they're about the same, but they feel lighter on your head with the clamp force being just a smidge lighter, and the padding on the ear cups and the headband you don't even notice you're wearing them after a minute. The battery says it lasts 60h, 40h with ANC on, and if anything I think that's lowballing it a bit because I got about 45h with ANC on and playing music pretty loud through them. They also charge pretty fast, they say 5m is equal to 1h and that sounds about right to me. It charged from dead flat to full charge in about an hour. My biggest quibble with these is that for the price you're paying, you still only get a 3 inch cord, a 6 inch aux cord, and a faux leather carrying bag, not a proper case, but that seems to be the norm anymore sadly. Calls are crystal clear, and the microphone works fantastic for phone calls, I use them as my headset for longer calls for just that reason. Is it worth the $200 price point? The ANC is definitely a huge improvement over the Space Ones, and the sound is marginally better, they feel better on your head, they fold up super tight, and they're much better material so I'd say yes, but if you can't afford $200, I'd say stick with the original, they work just fine as well.

Decent set of budget noise cancelling headphones
These are a great value pair of headphones. The app/pairing experience was smooth and simple. Audio connection was solid. I compared the noise cancellation in these to the Bowers & Wilkins Px8 and the Bose QuietComfort Ultra. These performed the slightly worse than the Bose, but lightyears better than the B&W. I tested all three standing next to a two engines that were idling, one diesel and one V8 with sport exhaust. These could block most of the noise. The Bose excelled. The Soundcore were close to the Bose. The B&W were really poor. The audio quality is good, on par with the Bose. However the Bose perform better in noise cancellation (my primary need - long flights), so I've decided to return these. However, if you don't mind a little less cancellation and want a budget friendly price, these are a great choice. Portability is a small issue. They fold, sort of. TheSoundcore come with a bag, not a case, and when folded end up being a thick round blob. That may not sound so bad, but when placed in a brief case, the headphone pads are compressed. Hard to see that being good for long-term life of the padding and the headphones. The Bose, in their case, are wider around, not as thick. The Bose fit into a brief case better, along side a portable computer. The Out of Box experience was good. The Bose and Soundcore have gotten rid of all plastic. 100% recyclable wraps and papers. Not so the B&W. The Soundcore 90% charged for easy testing, the B&W were completely dead. I'm not keeping them long enough to really evaluate the battery life, but over three days of testing, the battery level has fallen 10%.

Love them!
These are so comfortable and work well. They aren’t 100% noise cancelling (louder sounds like a lawn mower can still be heard), but for the price point they are perfect for me. I have ADHD and am sensitive to sounds, so I love that these are comfortable enough to wear for long periods of time while I work or shop. I got the white color and love the look. The material seems like it’s good quality and the audio quality is great. The controls are intuitive as well.

10 Stars for hearing impaired…
I’m a Marine with severe hearing loss. I can’t wear many headphones. They either don’t fit me with my hearing aids, sound poor, and/or cause horrible feedback when wearing due to my hearing aids. I can wear these WITH my hearing aids on no feedback screaming in my ear! Yes, I do have to adjust how they fit over my ears to find the right “sweet spot” to not get the reverb hit. But once I do??? I feel like my ears are 16 years old again! Why..? Read on… These headphones have so many customizations. This particular set has a setting where it walks you through a personalized hearing setting for highs, mids, and lows. Once you go through the walk through tutorial, it automatically sets your headphones for the ideal setting for high end sound quality. Fantastic. I love music and have been robbed of my ability to hear all of it. These headphones gift me my hearing back! The fit is fantastic. I already mentioned about the fit over my behind the ear hearing aids. The ear cup is large fitting many sized ears. The soft cushions are so comfortable. Not totally unnoticeable but barely noticeable. So much so, I could easily see me being able to wear these on a 8-12hr flight, no problem. They also mesh around when I wear a baseball hat creating a solid soft seal. No pressure points. No punching. The top band is soft and rests gently on my head. Again, no pressure points or pinching. The size of the headphones is S-XXL. Meaning, a small head through a very large head (like my size 8 hat) fits with more room to expand if I were to wear a thicker winter hat. The adjustment range is great and an added plus. The fit? Overall they knocked it out of the park! The look is fantastic and premium. I chose the white. I was dancing between black and white. I decided on white for that more standout premium look. The white (see picture for comparison) is more of a soft cream color with just enough matching silver accents. Again, the look is amazing. The materials seem premium also. Both in look and feel. At 58yo, I look like a professional DJ with professional headphones. Nothing about these look or feel cheap. The built in settings accessed via the SoundCore App are also exceptional. I won’t dive into that much because this review is already long. But, they are more than I would expect or hope for. I can also answer calls without removing? Wow. They can also connect to 2 different devices so you don’t have to pair, unpair, repair over and over again. Just so well thought out. What I wish for? A would love these in a monotone rich navy blue. Blue is my favorite color and a nice pop between the poppin’ white and the subdued black. I would also like if they added these to allow it to connect to 3 devices instead of just 2. Other than that, those are really small things considering these headphones in their entirety. 10 Stars ⭐️ if I could.

Semi-premium materials and feel - very flexible - and a good listening experience.
I'd heard good things about these, and I think "most people" would be very happy with them. I wanted them for travel, and while I wanted something durable, comfortable, and decent sounding - I didn't want to drop "Apple / Sony XM6 / Bowers and Wilkins" money - I only travel a few times a year, after all. If it was for daily use, maybe I'd have spent the extra. Having said that, these are nice to listen to. The default sound profile is pretty good, and the Soundcore app has a lot of music specific EQ pre-sets allowing you to get the kind of tone you're looking for, whatever your musical preferences. I first listened to them in a room with a moderately loud TV, and the noise cancellation really worked better than I expected. Noise cancellation is really good at tuning out the steady drone of a motor, or airplane - it's often not good with variable environments. While not perfect, it really did do a good job in my limited testing. While lighter than I expected, I do like the materials, and the wide range of adjustment. I found them to be very comfortable. The clamping force was adequate without being extreme. I feel like they'll stay put for everyday moderate activity, but I probably wouldn't take them on a run. I haven't yet taxed the battery, but if it's close to the advertised battery duration, especially while doing noise cancellation, I'll be very impressed. ANC drains most headphones quickly. Time will tell, but these seem to be a great value.

Initial Impressions: Good but worth 200? Hard to say.
Nov 18 Update: Knocking this down to 3 stars. Despite my initial praise, the headphones go through random disconnect spurts. I’ve followed their guides online and this apparently seems to be a common issue with sound core products. Nothing seems to fix it. It’ll be fine for a week then disconnect every ten minutes for a day. This is definitely one of those moments that I wish I opted for the Sony or Bose. Week 1 Update: So far everything has been awesome. I wear this at work for about ten hours a day. Battery life has held up great and the transparency mode has grown on me. It's not too bad but still only about 80% as good as an Apple transparency mode. The mics have been great. colleagues say that the microphone has been the best of my bluetooth devices so far. Comfort-wise, I have no issues with my ears getting too hot or this hurting my head. Assuming that the headphones hold up for a long time, I'm fairly content with this purchase. Initial Impressions I bought this product instead of the up and coming Air Pods Max 2 update. I've been hearing good things about Soundcore for a while now. Here are my initial impressions. Design and packaging: The packaging was excellent and the product design is great. It feels durable and the foldability is excellent. Comfort: I plan to update this if necessary after a full week of work. However, out of the box these feel like clouds and I forget that they're on my head. As with any over ear device, the ears get a little hot so your mileage may vary. Audio: I would give the audio around a 6.5 / 10. Having used AirPods, Beats, Audio Technica, Beyerdynamic devices for years, I would say that this is decent but the audio is priced closer to a $130 product. I may adjust this score up or down over time but the clarity is a little muddy when watching some videos but music is fairly decent if not base heavy out of the box. This would be my first Soundcore experience and I do hear that they're fairly base heavy. Connectivity: These paired quickly with both my iPhone and MacBook Pro. I was able to do multi-point connectivity. If I listened to a video on my phone but then toggled to the Macbook it would switch devices automatically. This also happened when I was gaming on my Mac but there was a three second lag before game audio kicked back on. ANC and Transparency: The ANC is awesome. It's just as good as my AirPods Pro and my Technics. However, transparency is good but not nearly as good as Apple devices. I haven't found a brand that beat their transparency mode yet. Battery Life: I will update this if they don't get the expected 38-40 hours with ANC on. I'm expecting the battery life to be great though. Case situation: There was a promo that included a free case but I didn't see that as they had three store listings. There was a leather bag included with my purchase that was white to match the headphones. Cables: The box came with a short USB to USB-C connector and an Aux connector as you can use these via Aux. The aux connection works great and it's a neat feature. Microphones: I have not tested these personally yet. However, there are loads of YouTube creators that have tested these and they sound pretty good if you had to use them. Soundcore App: The app is easily one of the best that I've used. Easy feature manipulation and EQ. Conclusion: As my first impression with the brand it's not bad. I'm pretty happy with the purchase. However, as these are so close in price to Sony or Bose, I do think that many might opt to go with those devices.
