A natural alterative to mouthwash.
I have some knowledge of the benefits of Lacto bacillus, so a chewable tablet seemed worth a try. I am pleased to report these tablets do make a difference. I found two tablets before bed almost eliminates morning breath. The strains used in the tablets are known to crowd-out undesirable bacteria in the gut, so I am guessing they are doing the same in my mouth. I have no proof of this, other than the aforementioned reduction of morning breath. Interestingly, the packaging makes no statements of benefits. I will buy more.

Contain sucralose.
Artificial sweeteners in a health food product, really! I wouldn't have bought them if I'd known they contained sucralose. Won't be buying again, that's for sure.

They are very good .Also take plain yogurt but supplement with these tablets ..I feel better than before I took them so must be working They have mint taste and I consider them value for money
