This was recommended to me for my son's acne and it's helped a ton! He soaks a washcloth in hot, hot water and soaks his face with it to remove the oil, he then applies 2 drops to his whole face as a moisturizer. It's helped so much! I'm happy his face is clearing up without nasty chemicals!
