I'd been looking for a lamp for ages to give to a friend on her 60th birthday. I already have three henna lamps similar to this.It arrived really quickly, plenty of time to gift wrap! I was delighted with the speed of delivery and quality of the lamp, lovely bold colours.Ten out of ten, a happy customer!

There is a story here, I was delivered an item I didn't order and presumed the seller had mixed the orders up. I was wrong ,He personally telephoned me in answer to my email in which I stated I wasn't happy..Anyway my lamp was on its way and was delivered last night.It's lovely and I'm very pleased with it .I'ts quirky and attractive and sits well with other North African and African 'bits' I have ie mirror, fruit bowl +..I am going to buy my daughter and son one after xmas..The seller was very pleasant and I appreciated him calling me rather than emailing ..I would definitely recommened his selection of table lamps

Well made but more 'art nouveu' than 'ethnic Moroccan' in overall effect
The lamp seems well very made and solid, but I was disappointed that it didn't give the effect I was expecting from the web picture. It is smaller and more detailed and metallic. Not much of the surface is unpainted and the overall impression seemed to me to be more art nouveau than ethnic Moroccan. I tried to return it, but then found that I would have to pay another £5 to do that on top of the original postage, which is not refundable. The seller tried to be helpful and offered a cheaper route for return, but it really didn't seem worth it.
