I am always looking for a good lip stain, and I ordered this on a whim. Fenty beauty has a good one, but I just received these and they totally exceeded my expectations! I ordered Apple fig, apple berry, and apple cranberry. Yes the bottles are small, but the product is amazing and a little goes a long way. I’ve recently got into lip oils, and the fact that this is a stain and a lip oil made me go back and order every other color they have. They go on like a luxurious lip oil and the color does develop and they stain your lips all day long. They all do tend to run a little bit pink and red so I’m interested to see what the darker purple one will look like.You will not be disappointed if you try them. I will update once I get all the other colors and try them.

I will be very honest about this product when you first use it is very hydrating and moisturizing, but it doesn't last long like after 1 hour it doesn't shine or look glossy anymore it kind of looks dry and dull. I was very much looking forward to this product however I will not be purchasing again not want I imagine it to be like.Update: After using it for a while I do see that my lips are very soft and shiny, it is very hydrating and what I love about this is that it's not sticky at all. I will possibility repurchase I can't say went for sure, but it is my go-to everyday lip-gloss at the moment

I purchased all four and I'm here to break it down for you.This is a listing for four related, but fairly different products. Like you, I looked at the descriptions of "hydrating and plumping and smoothing and etc etc etc" and said, "yeah yeah yeah, you put different colors and flavors in them, but they're all the same thing."NO.1. Appletea is the most "lip gloss" like out of the four - I'm guessing this is the "hydrating" component. A little thicker and stickier than the rest. "Flavor" (these are unsweetened) is meh, the green tint doesn't seem to affect natural lip shade in any remarkable way. This one is a 3/5 for me.2. Applecoco is a true lip oil, none of that lip gloss stickiness here. The flavor is nice, very vaguely summery. The tint is super neutral. This one is a 4.5/5 for me, my fav of the four.3. Applemint is very similar in formula to the Applecoco as far as the oil vs gloss thing goes, BUT while it only seems a little minty in smell and taste that BURN sets in. It feels like one of those venom lip plumpers that were so popular 10 or so years ago. The feeling dissipates in 3-5 mins and did seem to pump up the volume a little bit. The blue tint initially made my lips a little pale, but the, uh, "plumping effect" made them flushed. 3.75/5.4. Appleberry is almost a different beast here. Similar lip oil formula feel to the Coco and the Mint, but the color in this one is an actual lip tint/stain. Yes, STAIN. Not "branded for life" stain, but it's not going to wipe right off. This will be a perk for some people. Others want something more ephemeral. Just know that this has a color deposit, and it's an Asian/K-Beauty red which is generally more of a coral (e.g. a little orange-y). Not the best shade for me without a tan, but for someone else it's gonna be the best. Solid 4/5.General notes here:1. These are smaller than you're expecting, but they last pretty long. I bought the Applecoco towards the end of January 2021, wear it almost daily, and still have some left (as of Oct 21).2. The doe foot applicator is stiffer and less soft than I've come across in other lip products. You will live, but be aware if that's a deal breaker for you.3. I've seen a lot of people say this gets leaky in purses and the like. I've only thrown it in a purse maybe once (I'm a cosmetic display kinda gal), so I guess if you need it on the go close that sucker tight and keep the little box it comes in to put it in to be safe (no spilled lipstick in mom's Valentino purse).This is the longest Amazon review I've ever written in my life. If you actually read it, I'm happy to have been this involved in your selection of lip product. Peace.

I tried it out on the lips right before I left for the day and, honestly, it felt stickier than I expected. The formula was also kind of clingy instead of smooth, so I had trouble getting an even amount of it on. I also noticed the tint did not really show up once it was on my lips, so it did not really add any color. After a little while, my lips felt coated instead of moisturized and I ended up blotting some of it off.

I love these, they are hydrating and give a really nice shine. But be aware they become MUCH more vibrant after a minute or two. I was surprised when I checked the mirror and it was all of a sudden a bright pink with the peony color! That was a little too pink for me, I prefer the cranberry one. They also seem to act as a mild lip stain so if your lips need exfoliating it might highlight that, fyi.

The hint of color in this lip oil is just enough to bring pale lips to life. If I wear no other makeup , this lip oil alone brightens my face. It has no smell or taste. It doesn’t stick to my teeth. My lips are moist for hours after one application. I am in love with this lip gloss!

I love this! It's a beautiful color. I use it under my matte lipstick to make my lips more noticeable or to alter my lip shade. It's perfect for on the go. I'm going to try a more natural color for days I don't feel like wearing lip color.

I ordered a two pack of the Berry and Cherry and a single of the plum… I will say the colors are all very very similar to each other… They do stain the lips but it doesn’t last all day.. I like the Cherry color the best I think.. I have virtually no color to my natural lips and I hate it.. These give decent color.. I will say they are VERY pink.. Lined with my mauve lip liner I’m happy with the end result.. My lips should stay colored for about four hours… Then I just re-apply a little more oil… I gave it a four because I wish the colors were a little different from each other and lasted longer.. Overall I’m happy with them.. They moisturize well and aren’t sticky.. Here is a before, one minute after application, and then final result with a lip liner and slight blotting.. I’ll buy again
