I was toying whether to buy this or not after purchasing a smaller version and am very pleased I did.A very well made bag of high quality leather. Does not appear too big but holds absolutely loads of stuff.I'm not a Doctor and bought this bag as an accessory for my daily essentials. Have received many positive comments from others when carrying this bag.

Greatly appreciated by my doctor son and much admired by his colleagues.Far superior to the "modern" (and equally expensive) aluminium case he'd originally looked at.
