Quality product at a cheaper price.
Excellent product. Every bit as good as the name brand. It is highly effective, easy to administer, has no unpleasant after taste and is long lasting.

A purchase I always repeat.
This is the acetaminophen I buy frequently because it offers excellent value for money. The bottle contains 500 tablets, so it lasts quite a while and is much more economical than other brands, meaning I don't have to buy it as often. I use it for neck pain and occasional headaches. It has worked well to relieve these discomforts, and when I use it as directed, I get good results. The tablets are a bit large, so I recommend taking them with plenty of water or another liquid to make them easier to swallow. The packaging is sturdy and practical for storing the tablets, keeping them well protected. I believe that, considering the quantity and price, it's an excellent option to have in your home medicine cabinet and have on hand when needed.

Extended pain relief for minor pain only
My doc recommended these for use after hip replacement surgery. The expected benefit from these tabs is the 8 hour relief which would enable sleeping through the night. However, these were not strong enough for me. The tabs are designed as bi-layer tabs with a total of 650 mg. The first layer releases 325 mg with peak effectiveness in 30 minutes or so. The remaining 325 mg is slowly released over the next 7 or so hours which is too little per hour to help with anything other than very minor pain. I got a better night's sleep with taking a 500 mg tab just before bed and then taking another 500 mg around 3 AM.
