I don’t know why I waited so long to buy one of these! I love quesadillas and I kept trying to make them in a pan on the stovetop, which always made a mess and my quesadillas were ugly! Now that I finally broke down and bought myself a quesadilla maker, I make them all the time and they are perfect every time! I have learned though, that a whole one is usually too much for me to eat, so I’ll make a half which is just as easy. You put down the bottom tortilla, put your ingredients down on one side, then use a fork or knife to lift up the side without ingredients and fold it over. Make sure to line it up with the grooves and lines in the maker so your half quesadilla will be perfect. Then close it and wait for the light to turn green letting you know that it’s finished cooking! I usually check it when the light turns green and then give it another minute to make it the perfect golden brown. SO EASY!! Then use a fork or knife to lift it up and scoop it onto your plate. I don’t use my fingers because the maker is hot. For my favorite quesadillas, I usually put in the pre-cooked Southwestern style chicken that you can buy in the grocery store, some jalapeños, and the Mexican cheese mix by Kraft, and that’s it! You can make them pretty thick as you can see from my photos. After it’s done cooking, I top it with sour cream and Chili’s brand restaurant style salsa in medium. My quesadillas are DELICIOUS!! Clean-up is a breeze too. Just wipe it down with a damp cloth and you’re done. This little quesadilla maker is such a great value for the money! You can make much more than just quesadillas with it. Be creative and make what you want! My daughter makes pizzas in it.

Love this little machine. Works great. Exceeded my expectations. Small. Efficient. Doesn’t take up much space. Makes the perfect lil pancakes. Reasonable price. Would purchase again.

This is really easy to use, and super easy to clean when done. I love that it stands on its side so it is easy to store.

Plug it in, turn it on, and off you go. Great price, used it several times already and no problems. Comes with two turning forks and an ail brush. What more do you want. Can use for all sorts of "pancakes" I plan to try out all sorts of stuff
