This ball was exactly what I ordered. Easy to fill with air. Came with all the equipment need to fill and deflate. I'd buy it aagain.

Been using it for my knees without issues. Tricky to inflate with the mini, customized hand pump. Air was leaking out as I was trying to pump it up. I ended up using the provided straw instead. Inflated faster! The ball comes with sets of plugs and straws. There’s also a plastic gadget used to pull out the plug. My guess is if you want or have to re-inflate the ball later. Thought the material of the ball was going to be thicker. In any case, the ball suits its purpose. I have been using it ever since and quite pleased with my purchase. I’d given this five stars if the pump was more effective.

Easy to assemble; You inflate the ball via a provided straw you then withdraw. You must then quickly push in a dully pointed cap to seal it. You are provided a specifically engineered tool to leverage out the cap if/when needed. Spare straw and cap are included. Only a single extractor tool so don't lose it! *only issue I can see with this is if you can't push in air hard enough to stretch the ball to the maximum needed to then withdraw the straw and then push in the cap quick enough to not lose too much air. I have an old lung injury and I could still do it so the majority of people *should* be fine but if you have an easily agitated respiratory condition please proceed with all due caution or ask for assistance. Mine has been inflated a couple of days now with no leakage I can detect. I use it while at my desk for some physical therapy for my hips. The ball has enough give to easily be gripped and I don't have to worry about it flying out and away from the pressure and the texture allows for easy grip against bare skin too, be it hands, arms or legs. Price I paid was pretty average for a pilates ball so I'm not complaining. Would recommend for light workouts.

Still working through my knee replacement surgery, and the Physical Therapists had me using a ball like this at the office. For less than $10, I bought one for home and have continued to work at getting my leg back in shape. Inflate as much as you like/need - soft material, comes with a hand pump and I think it's going to hold up a long time.

The apexup 9” ball is exactly what I needed to do my exercises post knee replacement, the same as what the physical therapist is using during my rehab sessions. Easy to use, easy to inflate to the proper size, and easy to store. Would definitely recommend for anyone post knee replacement.
