I can just eat these. It's a nice way to take the Shilajit combined with honey. Good idea. They're great for travel. Delicious in tea or just water. Mixes really well.

These come exactly as advertised: shilajit in honey. I am not a super fan of the taste of these by themselves, but they are convenient to tote around and use in teas and other beverages.

These honey sticks are a great tastier alternative to shilajit supplementation than taking shilajit capsules or those shilajit resins which have a lot worse taste.It is fairly easy to add this to tea/coffee or spread onto bread. The nice honey taste makes it appealing to do my daily shilajit supplementation and makes me look forward to it.The only thing that makes me hesitant is the pricing, this is just 10 sticks so if taken daily, would need 3 packs for a month supply, that would add up quickly.

The media could not be loaded. The Shilajit infused in the honey produces a great flavor. It's a nice treat and an easy way to get a dose of Shilajit. You may have to restrain yourself because eating the whole pack in 2 or 3 days is very easy. I highly recommend!

I've been seeing and hearing a lot about shilajit over the last year. Before that, I had never heard of it. Apparently, it has been around a long time and been used for its health and wellness benefits. Have been thinking that I needed to give it a try, and when I saw these shilajit and honey sticks, it seemed like the perfect way. The first thing I thought of when I tasted it, after the honey sweetness, is that it resembles the scent of my coal tar shampoo! Fortunately, the honey wins out and the whole stick tastes very good. The health benefits I've read about seem to be right up my alley, so I'm going to keep taking these once every day or so and see if I notice any difference in how I feel. If you want to try shilajit, this is a good way.

I did not like the taste of these at all and would not be able to eat them as is. Perhaps in a cup of tea they would work better. However, another family member that tried them, loved them, and was happy to eat them straight from the tube.That being said, at just about $2.50 per tube, they are priced exceedingly high and I wouldn't buy again as there are so many options these days for shilajit, if that's what you are looking for.
