Perfect for low-carbing diabetics - and for anyone who appreciates good bread
I read about this product on Diabetes.co.uk, and since then I have searched for it. I found it in one branch of Morrisons, and I have asked that my local Aylesbury branch should stock it. It's delicious and nutritious, but above all, it is unbelievably low in carbohydrates. As a Type 1 diabetic, it is excellent for me, but may be enjoyed by anyone who likes decent bread. I was very fortunate to find it on Amazon, and shall be ordering more. I wish it was cheaper!

Lovely bread but very expensive and small.
Lovely bread but very expensive and small. Have had to source a different brand where postage is negotiable when bulk buying

Great bread product. Crazy high delivery cost.
Surprising good product. Some of the reviews states the taste takes a bit of getting use to but I found it to be excellent, tasting like that of a very nutty bread. Makes a great sandwich which was what i missed the most about a low carb diet. Toast however not so great but still better than no toast at all. The size of the slices are slightly on the small side but I just make a triple decker sandwich so not a real issue.Would have given it 5 stars if it had not been for the ridiculous delivery costs making a well priced produce a one time purchase unless you've in region with free delivery or can buy it in your local shops. Some of the reviewers say Waitrose stock it. If so go buy and enjoy!Great alternative is the Atkins bread mix. Higher purchase price but no crazy delivery costs.

Very expensive, but seems to help and only have a slice a day
With well advanced type II diabetes, I am still managing with a low carb diet and tablets, without insulin, so this bread helps.I was finding my carb free breakfast a bit too insipid without any bread, so now have one slice a day with my breakfast. This bread is certainly not carb free, but has about half the carbs of ordinary bread and the slices are small, about half the size of a normal loaf, so this all helps to reduce my carb intake.I keep the bread in the freezer and then put a slice in the toaster when required to defrost it. This way it keeps much better. The slices are so small and light that they shoot well above the toaster and fall back on the worktop. At about £4 each for a tiny loaf, including delivery for three loaves, it is incredibly expensive, but for me carbs are now a luxury and I am pleased to have this to help start the day. A loaf last quite a long while, so I am willing to pay what it costs.Low carb bread mix seemed about as expensive, and required a lot of messing about, so this seems the better alternative.I understand this bread is available in some supermarkets, where it may be less expensive, but haven't found it there yet.

It's the best product on the market for low carb solutions, it's wonderful bread
I buy this bread every few weeks have done for about 18 months as part of my low carb diet. It keeps well out of the fridge or in the fridge. I usually buy batches of 4 loaves and freeze them. The seeds in it are really nice and plentiful - they are soft so don't damage your teeth! It's wonderful bread, nothing like the bread mixes you can buy that seem like they're not cooked when they are. It's the best product on the market for low carb solutions and actually it's much nicer than ordinary bread too - this product is not to be missed.

We love this bread I have initially ordered 5psc
We love this bread I have initially ordered 5psc. Arrived sooner, it was nicely packed the only thing was each bread was wrapped individually in a paper which was damp on arrival. Now I was thinking maybe they wrapped it hot in the box that's where the condensation came from. Otherwise the product was properly sealed and was not any fault in the product. The bread tastes lovely, fresh and the thin slices surprisingly filling. I will definitely buy again on my road to loose weight. 5* for everything just the postage would be cheaper. Thank you.

Great low carb bread!
This bread is a great fix for those of us that are cutting carbs for one reason or another. However it is very different in taste and texture from 'normal' bread so anyone buying this product should not expect a carbon copy of supermarket bread. The slices are very very small (which is not an issue for me) in size and the texture is very soft in the middle and on the outer crust which has a tendency to be not unpleasantly chewy. The loaf is seeded and tastes similar to seeded bread but with, I think, more of a savoury taste than normal bread. I have put this down to the fact that normal bread is very carby and therefore has a slightly sweet taste which this bread does not. I have to admit than when I first bought this bread I wasn't at all keen on the taste but I persevered and now I really love it, so much so that I find normal bread unpalatable. This bread does not toast well as it is very soft and moist and having had numerous attempts with grilling it I cannot get it to dry out enough to make decent toast but that is a small issue. One other great thing about this bread is that it digests really quickly whilst still being filling, due to a medical problem I have an incredibly slow digestion and normal bread is quite difficult for me to digest but this bread does not leave me with any of the associated symptoms of slow digestion which was an unexpected surprise. Also a few slices of this bread has very little effect on my blood glucose levels so would be great for people with diabetes. This bread freezes really well and also lasts really well in the cupboard, much longer than normal bread. If you are a foodie and are picky about your bread this probably isn't for you, but if you are craving bread on a low carb eating plan I would definitely recommend trying this but just keep in mind that its bread but not as we know it............!
