Authentic Hair Oil with a Soothing Herbal Touch โ Perfect for the Whole Family!
Iโve been using the Indie Tribal Adivasi Hair Oil recently, and I am very pleased with the results. The first thing I noticed was the delightful herbaceous scent, with the natural fragrances of shikakai, amla, and roseberry standing out. The oil has a nice, lightweight, runny consistency, making it super easy to apply. Everyone in my household is using it now, and we all love it! When I massage it into my scalp, it has this really soothing effect, and after leaving it on for about 40 minutes, my hair feels nourished and refreshed. It washes out easily and doesnโt leave any greasy or heavy residue, and my hair feels soft, silky, and manageable afterward. What really makes this oil special is its deep connection to the traditional wisdom of the Hakki Pikki Tribes of India. Itโs crafted with over 50 natural ingredients, each known for strengthening and nourishing hair, and I love that itโs free from chemicals like sulfates and parabens. The fact that itโs vegan and cruelty-free just makes me feel even better about using it. Overall, Iโm pleased to have found something so pure and effective not only for my hair but also for whole family.

All natural, many herbs and oils, quickly absorbed hair oil
In terms of ingredients, there are so many, some of which have been used for centuries for health, skin and hair benefits like amla and neem. There are others I have never heard of. But no man-made chemicals. The oil is a green, blue colour and has a herbie/floral fragrance with lingering undertones of musk. Not too strong in my opinion and I really like this smell. Recommended to massage into scalp and hair and leave overnight before shampooing out. I put a towel to cover the pillow which obviously absorbs some of the oil, but saves my pillow! When rubbed into the skin on the back of my hand, the oil is fairly light and is soaked in quickly for an oil, leaving skin looking non-greasy after a few minutes. I like this as I assume it's less likely to block pores and is well absorbed. I can't say whether this will change hair thickness or health but I think it's as good as most hair oils out there. Generally if there is a powerful natural ingredient, I would buy an oil that has a large concentration of that particular one. This has many but hopefully they are in powerful formats like pure essential oils of which you only need a little to get an effect. My only negative is that this comes in a plastic bottle. I always worry that plastics leach into oils so strongly prefer glass bottles. For this price, I would expect a glass bottle so removing one star. But overall a pleasant smelling, light, well-absorbed hair oil that has some very good ingredients for skin and hair generally. Hope that helps!

Traditional Wisdom for Softer, Stronger Hair!
I decided to give this Indie Tribal Hair Oil a go after hearing about the traditional Hakki Pikki tribeโs hair care formulaโit sounded too intriguing to pass up. My hair has been feeling a bit dry and lifeless, so I thought a natural, oil-based remedy might be just what it needed. Iโm happy to say, this oil has worked wonders! The oil itself is a blend of herbal ingredients, and you can tell itโs packed with goodness just from the rich, earthy scent. Itโs not overwhelming, but it does feel authentic, almost like stepping into a herbal spa. I apply it once or twice a week before bed, massaging it into my scalp and letting it soak in overnight. By morning, my hair feels softer and more nourished, and itโs become so much easier to manage. One thing Iโve really noticed is that the oil doesnโt feel heavy or greasy after washingโit rinses out well, leaving my hair feeling silky rather than weighed down. My scalp has also been a lot less itchy, and even my partner noticed my hair looking shinier and healthier (which, coming from him, is saying something!). The best part is that it doesnโt have all the chemicals you find in some other products, so I feel good about what Iโm using. Pros: Rich, herbal oil that feels authentic and nourishing. Leaves hair softer, more manageable, and with a healthy shine. Washes out easily without leaving a greasy residue. Great for both scalp health and overall hair texture. Cons: The earthy scent might not be to everyoneโs liking, but it adds to the natural vibe. Needs some time to soak in, so itโs more of a once-a-week treatment than an everyday quick fix. If youโre looking to add some natural TLC to your hair care routine, this tribal-inspired hair oil is well worth a try. Itโs brought my dry, dull hair back to life and feels like a touch of traditional luxury with each use!

A little goes a long way.
Indie Tribal Adivasi Hair Oil was delivered shrink-wrapped in strong plastic so it did not leak which is great. Indie Tribal draws from centuries of traditional knowledge, from Hakki Pikki Tribes to offer a hair oil that feels and smells naturally authentic. Enriched with over 50 natural extracts with prominent ingredients like Brahmi, Shikakai, and Moringa these give the oil an herbal aroma I was expecting a more spa-like scent so the herb smell was unexpected. The extracts work together to deliver the benefits of strengthening and revitalizing hair and while that is something that will only become apparent in time it has softened the ends well. Happy to see the absence of harmful chemicals, free from sulfates, parabens, and synthetic additives, this oil offers only gentle and natural ingredients. Upon application, I found that just a small amount goes a long wayโtrue to the claims made about its potency. This makes it a cost-effective option for those looking to enhance their hair care routine without excessive product use. I used too much the first time and even after two shampoos I can feel the oil is still within my hair which does cloud my experience which otherwise has been largely positive as the oil very effectively nourishes, I would recommend Indie Tribal Adivasi Hair Oil to those seeking a natural, chemical-free option for hair nourishment particularly suitable for individuals with sensitive scalps or those with thick and dry hair.

Loving The Smell
This oil comes in an attractively designed plastic bottle and when poured into the hand a dark greenish/blue colour is revealed. Itโs certainly easy to massage in but donโt pour too much as a little goes a long way. The consistency of the oil is excellent - itโs very light and dries out without leaving an oily residue. I canโt really comment on hair quality, as my hair is extremely short at present following a head shave a month ago. When my hair is this short, I like to use such oils in order to soften up the scalp, remove any dry patches and hopefully improve follicular quality. I'll be looking for an improvement in hair quality when it really comes through after a couple of months. I rather like the scent of the oil, which is subtle but not overpowering. Unfortunately, the smell doesnโt linger for very long and soon seems to fade away. However, rub your hands through your hair and it's still there. Given that this is a 225ml bottle and you donโt need to use much each time, suggests that it may well be better value for money than the high retail price of ยฃ21 implies. Based on my experiences so far, Iโm happy to give it five stars.

Smells nice but will stain furnishings if split
This hair oil smells lovely. It has earthy herbal tones that are difficult to explain but are pleasant. The smell is quite strong but does die down quite quickly after applying. It massages into the hair and scalp well and rinses out well with shampoo. It does leave the hair softer to the touch and a little shinier too. Its major downfall is, it is extremely runny and also green/blue in colour. Iโm Used to hair oils being a slightly thicker consistency and so when I poured this into my hands I was sitting in the edge of my bed, not expecting quite the amount to put out that did. I can confirm if you get it on your bedsheets or carpet it is quite a feat to remove! Especially if they are cream or white coloured. That said it was my own fault and lesson learned, however I would be wary of applying this to bleached or porous hair, or applying a lot and then not covering your pillows or sheets if leaving in overnight as it could leave behind a green tinge.

Pleasant fragrance
I've been using hair oil from various brands since I was 10-11 years old, applying it twice a week. I massage the oil into my scalp and leave it on for a few hours before washing it off. One of the main reasons I ordered this product is its natural and traditional formula, which aligns with my preference for organic hair care products. I don't find any difference from other hair oils in terms of effectiveness; this one is also effective in making hair smoother and relieving dry scalp itchiness. The only difference is that the smell is amazing. The natural fragrance of the oil is quite pleasant compared to other hair oils I have used so far. One downside is that the oil is a bit pricier than other hair oils, but considering its effectiveness and natural ingredients, I find it worth trying.

I'm happy to have it as part of my hair care.
I love the smell of this as I really am fond of essential oils. It is a dark bluish color which worried me at first because I am a silver sister and I was afraid it would stain my hair. It didn't so I'm happily using it. I put it on the night before I wash my hair and massage it in. The next day I shampoo with the India shampoo and my hair smells heavenly. I also use the oil on my hair dry as I have thick curly hair and it really calms it down and makes it so shiny.

Reduced hair fall in weeks, genuine Adivasi formula that works
The Indie Earth Adivasi Hair Oil is something I was skeptical about initially but I am so glad I tried it. After using it regularly for six weeks my hair fall has reduced noticeably and my scalp feels healthier. The oil is based on tribal hair care traditions and has a pleasant herbal scent that is not too strong. It absorbs well and does not leave the hair feeling too greasy. My hair also feels thicker and stronger. For the price this is outstanding value. I have recommended it to multiple family members already. Very happy with the results and the quality.
