Horrible quality, not helpful seller
Product quality is horrible. The gray fur is matted and feels so cheap compared to any other cat tree I’ve ever touched. The wood part is completely misaligned and not even , whole thing is not sturdy, poorly made. Do not buy, you have to pay to return and my UPS store estimate for return shipping is $190 ( nyc to georgia) costing more than this item itself. Seller has not provided a free return label , offered only a $20 refund. Im filing a claim with Amazon and disputing with my bank. Horrible experience.
