Magnesium that absorbs!

Absorption is great. First time magnesium actually helped me. I’m a senior so I can ache pretty bad at night. Not a fan of pain pills. So I find homeopathic alternatives. It definitely made me sleepy, which is a plus. But most importantly after 2 weeks it took all my night time pain! I work out regularly, speeds up my recovery time. My only complaint is the diarrhea. I resolved this my taking a 1/4 of dose of Kaopectate or Imodium tablet that is scored. I take a half of a half. Works like a charm.

Good seller... Problems with Magnesium if you have IBS!

This was delivered on time, and is as ordered. But let me warm anyone with IBS or other gut issues, this product (Magnesium itself) causes extreme flatulence!! And I mean BIG TIME! I had to quit taking it. That's not the seller's fault, but I can't take this.
