Unsealed packet seems adultered
Dont buy it. Its non-returnable and moat of the time , the packet is damaged , torn n sealed using cello tape. This raises the question on authenticity of rice filled in it. The packet is of high quality but rice inside might be filled with degraded quality using torn area.

Good Quality Unpolished Rice
I recently bought this Kalanamak rice and honestly it was quite good. The aroma is very unique even before cooking you can notice the fragrance. Rice cooks well and remain soft and fluffy. Taste is also nice and feels more natural compared to regular polished rice. It is unpolished and diabetic friendly.

No match of price and quality
My father used to cook this rice in 1960s and told that aroma of this rice is very nice , so we bought it and Cooked , it was very sticky and there was no aroma … very much overpriced as compared to quality . Same rice we can get from our local market at lower price .

Bad experience Bad quality
Purchased in first week of June 2026 Packet Open after 15-20 days to consumed it.... Found tiny insects inside the packet Seems stock was quite old and date of expiry was manipulated Rice Being so costly but QC seems to be zero.... Bad experience Bad quality Had complained with Amazon team but did not got refund just because we did not open the packet within 5 days of purchased ....also because it was purchased in immediate delivery category.... Never ever will buy this product again
