Problems from the start
Took me 3 days to get it to connect to the internet, and the support was no help whatsoever. When I asked them for help about precise issues they just sent back general videos of an obsolete version of the app which did not even apply. But the worst was that when I put the inverter under load (between 3000-4000 watts), the inverter simply shut down after a couple of minutes on overload.
