Can you use on quartzite? If so, which pad?

Yes, to get it smooth and glossy, you use all of them. You start with the most corse and work your way down to the finest one.

Can i use it for porcelain tile polishing?

Yes you can but a rock surface like granite or basalt , or agate . It takes a while. Do not use with a angle grinder or something high rpm. A car polisher would be perfect. It takes alot of water for cooling or else you will melt disc. I run it bout 3k rpm and polish rocks I've cut it's time consuming bit does work very well if u keep cool.
