Do these pants tear at the sides for removal?

Yes they do, easily with hands. But that doesn’t affect that they are strong enough to wear without tearing

hello no they cannot be washed as they are disposable pants hope this helps.

Is is useful for fecal incontintenace?

I very much doubt it. Also if by error at night you have a normal pee it fails to retain it. They are OK for day time and small leaks Better off with Tena well padded for night time.

Will these fit a 48 to 50 waist?

My bum is massive and have a beer gut. Fits me a treat and means I don't need to leave bed after a drinking session
