good product

I recieved this piece on 04th Jan'19 in an excellent condition. Just after two days i ground aapam batter and also little coconut masala for stew. It ground both very well. The smaller jar is a little bigger for small quantities of food.Coconut masala took some more time to grind till a fine paste but it did the job well. The lids for both the jars gets locked once turned to a side but cannot be left to grind on it's own ,one needs to be holding it while it's on. It's a heavy machine with a louder sound but i loved it and would definetely recommend it to all who intend buying a grinder.

Very good product. I grind 1 kg sambar powder with in 10 minutes. Unexpected result. Very nice 👍

I brought it recently but i am very dissapointed, started grinding for the first time and the grinder stops suddenly and the jar heats very quickly, registered the compliant and they said its not replacable. So please dont buy this. Too expensive to buy and got damaged as well.Better look from offline stores for any other product.

The motor is 1300W, so it packs a punch and is more than enough for average Indian kitchens. The exterior finish could have been classier, the steel edges of the jars could have been polished smoother. Also, wonder why the jars couldn't have been rectangular like what Blendtec makes? With a round finish, the mixing is not as efficient as it could have been, things just keep going round and round. The extra heavy duty motor partly compensated for this, but what the heck? Why don't they try different shapes and improve their design?

I purchased this mixie recently.. It seems to have a good powerful motor.. but it seems to have a couple of design flaws, which I think the manufacturer could have improved 1. It has just 2 speed settings, and 1 pulse funtion.. The motor RPM at the first setting and the pulse is rather high.. Instead if it gradually sped up, it will greatly avoid damage to the couplers. If you are also just mixing liquids, or have a light load, it causes all the items to "fly" out and spill.. 2. Coupler to the jar, seems to be made of rubber.. I think this will eventually slip and wear down due to friction 3. The locking mechanism of the jar the mixie, could have been better.. maybe it requires some kind of clicks, or markers to align before the mixie can be started all that said, it is probably a good mixie to buy at this price point.
