Let me preface this review by saying I have given this belt away because I cannot use it.The belt deserves 5 stars because it did exactly what I expected it to do, and had it not been for one small issue it would have been perfect. The velcro strap was very strong and unrelenting, and the ease of putting it on and taking it off was ideal. It may not be your typical leather lifting belt, but it is strong and only has the slightest give, almost unnoticeable.I gave it away because I am built with very high hip bones and a very long rib cage. The space between my ribs and hips was not enough to fit the sides of the belt and ultimately pinched and caused bad enough pain I couldn't go into a 90-degree squat. I didn't try with weight, but it was uncomfortable even going down into the starting position for a deadlift. I gave the belt away to someone with a build better suited to it than I, and they love it. Honestly, had it not been for the pinch, I would have too. I was sorry to have to give it up.

I find typical leather weightlifting belts to be a bit too stiff and uncomfortable. This, however, provides comfy lower back/abs support while and it also feels to do your very sturdy when doing your heavy lifts for squats and deadlifts. Color also looks great, and I'd highly recommend it to people looking for a functional and effective belt!

While the belt is a bit smaller than I though it would be, it for very well. I'm a size 36-38 in jeans and I measured right at 37" around my waist and the medium fits perfectly with plenty of room in either direction. I used the belt for the first time today and it had great support when I squated 295 and deadlifted 225. It does want to slide up after lifting for awhile, but it's super easy to readjust and seems like a quality product. If it ever wears out I'll probably buy another one!

Quality is very high. Really nice belt, but I ordered a small since my waist was a 28", and I'm never an xs in anything, but I was wrong. The small fits, but barely, the velco wraps quite a bit extra around the back. Wish I had ordered the xs. Order smaller than you think. The inches measurements are true to size, so order off that. Definitely helps with my squats and deadlift. I like how the lines contour to go a bit lower on my back. Velcro is nice, easy to take off and out on.

I bought this for my girlfriend, who has recently been having issues with her back. She has never worn a belt before whenever she strength trains. I wanted something to give her extra support that was comfortable and not bulky or excessively restrictive. She tried the belt on and it fit and felt great. After it’s broken in, I am sure that it will be even more comfortable. She will soon be getting back into her training and I am confident that she will like it. She can be a little stubborn, but I think once she gets used to it, she will feel naked with out it.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve just started lifting heavy and I have pinched nerve in my L5. This has been perfect to support my back and eliminate las pain stress in my lower back. I’ve only used it a few times but can tell a huge difference the. When I try to lift without it. Plus I keep to keep my girly nature when pink starks and skulls with pink bows LOVE it!!

Reviews are usually done by my wife since we share the same account.This is a great workout belt. I’m 5’3 180lbs. I like that you can adjust to to how tight you want it. I especially like it really right so I’m thinking of moving down to a medium. But the large fits perfect. I do heavy weights and this is especially helpful during deadlifts, front and back squats. The belt helps me to go heavier than what I usually do.

Works OK and provides decent support. I recommend going a size down from what you think. I wear a 34" pant and purchased the large, but should have gotten the medium. The tags on mine were sewed on upside down too.
