I take 2 a day and have seen a huge difference after a month, they taste ok, easy to take, cheap, excellent ingredients even iron which is rare for a gummy, the size is not to big, chew up easy and have been extremely effective.

Only been taking them for a few days but they taste good! They have everything I’m looking for, including iron and biotin.

Great taste and texture, but make sure you research ingredients and know what your body needs.I bought these looking for gummies with iron, but did not fully read all the ingredients and their purposes until one day when I was bored.I'd taken them for about one-and-a-half to two weeks and did not notice any difference in how I felt — except for my emotions going whacko.I'm not saying it was just these, other factors in my environment could've easily contributed.However, I started looking up the ingredients I wasn't familiar with, and learned that wild yam and red clover can mimic the effects of estrogen, which can be great for some people.But too much estrogen can lead to whacko emotions, among other things.To be on the safe side, I stopped taking them, and am currently feeling much more emotionally balanced.

These are okay. The taste is good, although not the best I’ve ever tried. The gummies really cling to my teeth, but maybe not as badly as a chewy caramel candy or something similar. The best thing about this product in my opinion is that it is both vegetarian and sugar free. I would buy it again for those two reasons.

Low in carbs and not too sweet. I have many pills to take so this is a nice treat to get my basics in gummy form.

I just started taking the vitamins, so I can't really comment on the effects of taking them, but the flavor is good. So far they don't stick together like some gummies do. Pleasant smell.
