Brilliant for supporting joints and muscles. Very adhesive therefore needs some special skin cleaning after removal to remove adhesive remnants. Was advised not to use for more than 5 days at a time as can cause skin irritation. This proved true. Would still use again. Very good product

Have used this for years in my army career, great for strapping and can keep it on for a few days, without reapplying, it doesn’t peel off or roll up if it gets wet. Great for joint stability as it has a less elasticity. This has saved my ankles from rolling on many occasions. I have used this is lots of different environments and has never let me down. Only thing I would say it take it off slowly and soak in a warm bath when taking it off.

I bought this tape initially as I was recommended it to prevent blisters on my feet when running from chafing, it does a brilliant job and is super secure. I recently dislocated my knee and decided in my infinite wisdom to strap the kneecap in place with the leukotape. It held it well and meant I could sleep without a splint. The issue came when trying to remove it, overnight it had welded itself in place and wouldn't come off for love nor money without plucking each individual hair from my leg one at a time, I tried soaking it to no avail, and adding nail polish remover to break down the glue to limited success. I eventually got it off and felt a little sore, but a few days later I had the worst shave rash of my life with the entire knee bright red and itchy for 72+hours!

Great bit of kit for hiking. I use this for wrapping my feet on longer walks and it’s been spot on. Once it’s on, it really stays put, even with sweat and miles of walking. It’s quite rigid and doesn’t stretch, which is exactly what you want for support and preventing rubbing. That’s basically what it’s designed for, stabilising joints and protecting areas from strain or friction I’ve found it especially useful for hotspots before they turn into full blown blisters. Only thing to be aware of is it’s very sticky, so take your time removing it or you’ll know about it. Overall, simple, reliable, and one of those things that earns a permanent spot in the hiking kit.

I purchased this tape after watching some videos on YouTube. Was prone to getting the odd blisters on the balls of my feet and this tape is totally stopped any signs of blisters. Tape up your feet where you know you need to and then if you feel a little hot spot just add a little bit more tape. On a holiday for 2 weeks in Austria walked every day in excessive 15,000 steps minimum not a single blister. Only negative but I'm not sure it is. the stickiness can stick to your socks but I think it helps in the process of stopping the blisters. you can leave the tape on for a few days replace it when you I think you need it.
