Truly game changing arch support for hey dude
These work perfectly in Hey Dude shoes. You can add arch support and comfort to dude shoes easily with powerstep bridge. Also the insoles are coated so you can go sockless and the shoes will not stink.

Orthotics
These arch support shoe inserts are pretty good for the price. They were a little too big for my shoe but were easy to cut to size. There were even marks on the top of the insole to show you where to cut for your size. They were easy to "break in" and are quite comfortable. The reason I took off one star is because I think they could be a little bit thicker, and have more of a cushion. If you are looking for an orthotic that is thinner and comfortable with an arch support, you should get these!

Excellent Energy Return with Comfortable, Flexible Arch Support
I was initially hesitant about these insoles due to the mention of memory foam in the description. Typically, I’m not a fan of how memory foam feels in shoe insoles. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the memory foam here is just a very thin surface layer, which I barely notice — though it likely adds some comfort. What truly sets these insoles apart is the highly resilient, bouncy material that constitutes most of the insole. The energy return and rebound are exceptional. Additionally, I appreciate the flexible stability frame in the arch area. Instead of a rigid arch plate, it features a semi-rigid plastic grid that provides just the right amount of arch support while allowing for natural flexibility. This design adapts well to the shape of my relatively flat feet without any discomfort, making each step both supportive and comfortable, which also enhances the rebound effect.I’ve thoroughly enjoyed using these insoles in my running shoes instead of the stock ones they came with. The flexible arch support and extra cushioning provided by the high-energy, rubber-like material make for a very enjoyable run. They’re incredibly comfortable, and I highly recommend them.

Nice cushioning, but arch supports do not align well with my feet.
They are very comfortable, except that the arch support is a little too far forward for my feet. I tested them on a 3-mile walk. They felt better over time, but still bothered my arches a little. I wear a men’s size 12 shoe and they fit into my shoes without any type of modification. I do like the comfort and cushioning the inserts provide. It is possible that the arch issue is more related to my foot than the design of the inserts – that is why I still want to give it a 3-star rating.I would have to say that you would need to try them yourselves to see if they align with your arches well. If they do, I think you will find them to be very comfortable and much better than the inserts that originally came with your shoes.

Very cushy premium insoles. Extra support for midfoot.
These well engineered, very lightweight dual density insoles have an integrated hard plastic frame in the arch and heel to offer extra support. The plastic structure is surrounded by sculpted springy foam, and the combination of the two materials means you get optimal cushioning where you need it. The forefoot remains very plush while the heal and arch retains its shape without collapsing. The insoles are a bit more rigid in the rear half of the foot than pure foam insoles, while still being very flexible in the forward half near the toes. Another interesting feature is a very deep heel cup to keep the foot in place and aligned. The cup seems a lot more pronounced than what I've seen in other insoles. Overall, this seems like a great combination of support, alignment, impact protection and energy return. I'm looking forward to putting in some more strides on these very comfortable insoles.

Good Support, Comfortable
These insoles have a hard plastic frame on the bottom that forms the arch support and heel cup. They fit my foot fine, without being misaligned or off. Given the plastic frame, these insoles were a bit difficult to place into my shoes as they were not flexible so insertion was harder (especially since the shoe openings were slightly narrow. The memory foam provides a comfortable cushion for your feet (it's approximately 1/4" thick and resembles styrofoam balls compressed together) and held up well during an entire of walking at Disney in a pair of Adidas sneakers. My feet felt fine even after walking through two parks and standing in long lines all day. This would not have been the case with the shoe's original insole, which were thinner/flatter and had nominal arch support. These performed well and are supportive and comfortable, and are all that I need in an insole.

Very comfortable
These PowerStep Bridge insoles are great on my feet. I went to the podiatrist a few months ago because of heel pain, and I bought a similar PowerStep insole (the Protech Full Length version) at his office. It has been so easy walking with those that I wanted to get another pair. I found these on amazon and decided to give them a chance. They are less expensive than the one at the podiatrist office and I cannot tell the difference when I have one versus the other one on. I have a high arch and these provide plenty of support. I fully recommend these.
