I received my order today at 11:58 PM, and I am pleased to report that the product is brand new with no scratches. The wheels are unused, and the interior is in perfect condition. I am very happy with my purchase. The quality is excellent, and it looks fantastic!

Update: After around a year of use as an Airline pilot; I’ve reduced my rating from 4 to 3 stars as the wheels locked up (small bits of grit from pulling along pavements and roads to/from Terminal) and the wheel dragged causing a flat spot. It’s a shame as it was spacious and fit perfectly in a 737 (although snug) but the materials and quality have let it down a bit. If you don’t wheel it around much, it would probably be 4 out of 5. The pros: - Excellent space inside allowing you to take all your daily needs (change of clothes, lunch bag, headset, documents, folders, etc) - Good wheels and handle. The cons: - The locks can be a bit fiddly to close which can be a little annoying at times - Some of the material around the top handle and locks is wrinkling a bit after 6 months of use.

When first unpacked, looked good, spacious etc. but closer scrutiny revealed its frailties. Both locking loops had snapped off making locking impossible and leaving sharp remnants. Telescopic handle felt flimsy. Item returned and hoping for efficient Amazon refund.

I have been desperately looking for a decent sized bag for work. I travel a fair amount so a good quality bag was required. This has loads of positive reviews and loads of bad reviews. The bad reviews are the truth. Dispite its big and bulky size, its acutally not that spacious inside and fills up quickly. Its heavy which wasnt an issue for me really. The main problem is the first time i used it, its already starting to fall apart. I am extremely disappointed and itend to send it back with a full refund.

One of the two locks don't work anymore Very disappointing

Within 1 month one lock broke and by 6’weeks one of the little legs fell off. This product it total junk. I would never buy one of their products again and am disgusted Amazon stock and sell this product for $270
