Great value and super sharp. Fit the rest of my “Classic” Knives

Wüshof is a renowned manufacturer of cutlery and these peeling knives live up to the their reputation. They come at a very good price. The Gourmet range are fully ground and tempered but lack a ground bolster. I prefer a peeling knife to be less bulky, so these fit the bill perfectly. I find them easier to sharpen as well. They hold an edge nicely and have a good balance of flex and stiffness. Recommended.

Good quality

Own a massive collection of wusthof classics which are in daily use as the tools of my trade as a professional chef. Purchased these to replace my classic turning knife which I believe found its way into the pile of Brussels sprout peelings last Christmas and this set is the same price as the single classic turning knife. Very good quality as are all Wusthofs however I do notice a difference in their weight. Any amateur or novice cook would be more than happy with these in their collection and they will last you years if kept well. As from a professional standpoint? Well I use them daily and wouldn't if they didn't do the job; I perhaps would not rely on the Gourmet range for the more specialist knives but for paring, trimming, halving...They're a good quality, sharp knife and pleased I bought this set as opposed to the single Classic.

Ich bin mit dem Kauf des Gemüsemessersatzes total zufrieden! Mir fehlte schon länger ein spezielles Gemüsemesser, und der Satz zu dem Preis ist genau das richtige!

very nice sharp af but don't use scrubbing part of you scrubbing pad otherwise you will end up wit knife that looks like ass like mine but never the less it is an amazing product just be aware about the scrubbing stuff

Rien à redire. Je les ai acheté pour mon ami qui est cuisinier et il ne s’en passe plus. Très léger et facile d’utilisation, C’est le kit idéal pour travailler les légumes. Seul petit bémol, il serait préférable d’ajouter des protèges lames afin d’éviter les coupures.

I own Global knives and I really like them but I must say I love these paring knives, they are so sharp.

Lieferung: Reibungslos und Messer gut verpackt angekommen. Produkt: Die Messer sind sehr scharf und qualitativ hochwertig. Für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung. Messer haben bis jetzt noch nicht an Schärfe verloren und wurden schon sehr oft benutzt. Messer auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
