Comfortable & Supportive Travel Pillow – But a Bit Pricey
I recently got this upgraded travel pillow, and while it offers great comfort and support, I do feel it is a bit on the expensive side. One of the standout features is the patented anti-slip scarf design, which keeps the pillow securely in place. Unlike traditional travel pillows that shift around, this one stays put, providing excellent chin and neck support. I no longer wake up with a sore neck after long flights! I often find myself stuck in the middle seat, which can make sleeping on a plane quite uncomfortable. This pillow, however, provides 360-degree support, making it much easier to rest even when I don’t have a window to lean on. The design is well thought out and works for various sleeping positions. The material is soft and comfortable, making it pleasant to wear for long periods. It’s also lightweight and compact, which is a big plus when travelling with limited space. Rolling it up and storing it in my bag was easy. The only downside is the price—it’s definitely more expensive than many other travel pillows on the market. While the design and comfort justify the cost to some extent, I do think it could be a bit more affordable. If you’re looking for a high-quality travel pillow that provides excellent chin and neck support, especially for middle-seat travellers, this is a great option. However, if you’re on a budget, you might want to consider if the extra features justify the price. Great product, but a little pricey!

A Game-Changer for Long-Haul Flights
After years of struggling to find a travel pillow that truly delivers on comfort and support, the JPillow Travel Pillow has proven to be a remarkable solution for my frequent long-haul flights. Its unique design, featuring patented anti-slip scarf and chin support, offers superior comfort, allowing me to sleep upright without neck stiffness or discomfort. The plush material feels luxurious, even on a cramped plane, and it stays securely in place, ensuring I wake up refreshed and ready for the day ahead. Though its size is somewhat awkward for hand luggage, clipping it to my bag has been manageable, and the comfort it provides far outweighs this minor inconvenience. As someone who seldom sleeps well on planes, even a few hours of rest make all the difference, and this pillow has significantly improved my travel experience. Despite its benefits, there are a couple of areas for potential improvement. I would appreciate a removable cover for easier cleaning, as the current machine-washable option is less convenient for routine maintenance. Additionally, a more compact design or a travel bag could enhance portability, reducing the risk of the pillow rubbing against surfaces or becoming soiled during transit. The "arms" of the pillow could be slightly longer for added support behind the neck and under the chin. Overall, the JPillow is a fantastic investment for anyone seeking comfort on long journeys, providing much-needed rest and making travel far more enjoyable.

Complicated, uncomfortable, bulky and expensive
We are taking a long haul flight soon and as it is an overnight flight I thought that this may be useful to take with us to make us more comfortable and perhaps sleep more easily. Unfortunately for both my wife and myself it didn't really suit us, the first problem was how to use it, you may think that it's just a pillow, how hard can it be?, the answer for us is 'quite hard' although ther ar instructions and a video, it still took us quite a while to work out just how to wear it, because you do wear it, not just rest your had on it. The 'scarf' is held in a pocket in the back of the pillow as is supposed to be used to wrap round your neck and has three holes in it that the chin piece pokes through to hold everything in place, but I found it kept sliding off the chin piece and also it was very creased and looked rather untidy, I am sure that a more suitable fabric that creased less would be a big improvement. So it's quite tricky to work out how to use it, but once it's in position it's comfortable, surely? Again neither my wife nor I agree with this statement, I wear glasses and I found it pushed against the arm of my glasses which is uncomfortable, but we both also found that it was difficult to change position with this pillow on, so after an hour or so we feel we would be getting cramp. Personally I find the rectangular pillows that the airline provide is perfectly adequate and more comfortable than this. But the biggest issue for us is the siz of this pillow, it takes up nearly as much space as a football, even when it's squashed into its carrying bag, this is a considerable percentage of the luggage allowance. I also have to address the cost, at the time of writing it is £32.95, reduced from £39.95, even at this lower price it is still very expensive in my opinion. I was interested to see that this was awarded British invention of the year, quite frankly we are not sure why, if we had been on the judging panel it wouldn't have got our vote. I really wish that I didn't have to say this as I love to back British industry and products, but I have to be honest. This pillow won't be going on our long haul flight with us and if I had actually bought this I would have returned it for a refund, but instead it will probably eventually find its way to a charity shop.

The best that I have tried.
When I saw this listing it was easy to understand why this pillow had won awards. I have several travel pillows, at various price points (which may tell you something about how effective they are), but none that are as functional and comfortable as this one. I was particularly drawn by the look of the chin support and then by the side of face support. All of my other pillows have back of neck support but all are mediocre with regard to side of head support and positively poor when it comes to chin support, offering little or nothing in that department. I really like how the scarf, that needs to be released from it's pouch, enables the chin support arm to be engaged with one of a number of slots in the scarf in order to customise the fit to your exact needs and which ensures that the pillow stays in position. I did find though that for the side of face support I needed to rest on something. If in anything other than a window seat on the plane that would have to be your hand with the elbow on the arm rest. The three modes of support, neck, side of head and chin, really set this pillow apart from the many others that I have tried and, when crushed into it's carry bag, it doesn't take up much more space that even my smaller specimens. Another great bonus for me is that the whole thing can be thrown in the washing machine. I just don't do hand washing. At £29.99 this is the most expensive of all the pillows I have tied but it stands out as being the best and so it boils down to what price you put on comfort. On a long plane flight I do often want a nap and this pillow helps me to get some rest. It also comes in handy at home when I just want to grab a quick hour but don't want to climb into bed.

A very handy tool for my traveling.
I am very impressed with this Travel Pillow and I feel embarrassed now that why I have been without it. I do travel on long haul flights ✈️ to far east countries once or twice a year and the awkward times of various flights means, I don't get much rest before boarding. I find myself snoring away in the middle of flights but with every 5 minutes my head will tilt down and with a jolt I am up time and time again. I tried a inflatable pillow but it was useless. This is new British Invention and even though, I haven't tried it on a flight yet but I have tried it on my chair and I am very impressed with the support it offered to keep my head up with unique chin support strap. I had a good nap this afternoon sitting in an upright position on my chair without any neck strain or head tilt in awkward position. Yes can not wait to take it with me on my next holiday. Absolutely wonderful product. It is soft and very lightweight. Size is no more than a small toiletries bag. I love it's functionality. Must buy if you want to rest on a long flight.
