Otrivine Nasal Spray Adult 0.1% Decongestant for Blocked Nose Relief in Cold and Flu, 10 ml

Not much I can say, except this works ! I get very stuffed up at night and can't sleep, so this helps a lot. It clears my nose in a very short time. I like the type of spray as I can't use the ones that you have to use with the thumb and two fingers because I have a problem with my hands.

Been using for many years as it works well, is in a proper spray bottle that can be used easily and carried in your pocket. Unfortunately company has adopted measured dose containers that are difficult to use and too large to be carried in your trouser pocket! Really poor strategy. Please bring back the old sprays that have worked so well for many, many years.

Whenever I had caught the flu (it likes me, I seem to get it every winter) I have tried various decongestants - most were for me, a failure. The purpose of a decongestant is in fact to enable you to breathe freely and easily. I have lost count of the decongestant products that promise the world on the box and when I get them home and try them, they fail to work. This particular brand however, works. One spray up each nostril daily for a few weeks saw me through a particularly bad bout of flu this past winter. I could breathe easily and clearly within seconds and it does last and last. It lasts much longer than it says on the box in my experience. Because it works and because you only need to use it infrequently to ensure clear, easy breathing through your nose, this bottle lasts a very long time, which makes it very economical as well as efficient. This is the only decongestant I will buy now. It works. Its also easy to carry in your bag with you when you are out and about.

The older style puff bottle is effective -the other bottle which you depress the plunger top Didn’t dispense ANY medication so I’ve had to re order and hope I get the puffer style bottle only. If the other style bottle is available only I Don’t want the item. It’s effective and value for money when you are able to get to the medication. I believe the newer style bottle has a design flaw and isn’t easy to use for the more arthritically challenged patient

Excellent item, clears your blocked nose within minutes. I have been using for more than a decade. Recently as per other reviews the company has changed the bottle to measured dosages which is terrible. Please bring back the original bottle.

I find Otrovine Nasal Spray to be excellent in relieving sinus congestion and it gets to work very quickly. I thought that the product would do the job regardless of how it's administered, but I was wrong. The old "pump" type applicator works very well but this applicator is as good as useless and doesn't seem to deliver the spray effectively at all. Will continue buying Otrivine but I'll be sure not to order the product with the spray dispenser in the future.

Fantastic 🤗!!, I agree with many of these other people who have said how marvellous this product is, and or rather WHY??? have they started messing about what was perfectly good and fine. Nothing was wrong with it so why have they begun changing the bottle and upsetting so many people? I say “Bring back the original one” and make lots of people very happy 😊

This nasal decongestant WORKS EACH TIME. Results are long lasting and a blessing to those of us who suffer from STUFFED UP NOSES and NASAL PASSAGES. I hope this 'review' gets posted... my last one, was refused because it didn't follow COMMUNITY GUIDELINES !! which was a load of horse hockey !!!

Excellent!!! Just like when I purchased overseas.

I was given this product by my allergist. Now my wife uses it. There cannot be a better product anywhere! It also helps clear my stopped up Eustachian Tube. I have to take weekly allergy shots but no matter how stopped up my sinus's are, this product clears them right out. 5-10 minutes and lasts for 8-10 hours. It has also helped with my snoring and quality of sleep due to the fact that I am getting such clear air and breathing quality. A LIFE SAVER!! Hold your head down, spray once in each nostril, and draw air in a strong as possible. If some gets in the back of your throat it can be kinda nasty but just drink something. If you have problems with your ears, wait about a minute then spray again then wait a few minutes and blow hard with your mouth closed like your trying to clear water out of your ears, they should pop right open.

Works like a charm. The bottle I had before was one of those glass pre-measured dose pump spray bottles with the plastic cap (which are great), and this one came in a cheap squeeze bottle (like Afrin), which is the only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars. In terms of product efficiency though, I couldn't be happier.
