Poor Quality
Not as good as the pervious models, the built quality is very low and the modes are changing by itself to transparency, NCA it is frustrating, Now after one month of using a can clearly say that it is the worst earbuds I ever had. If someone calls me on botim the headphones didn't connect and to the app and went to speaker by itself all the time.

Such a Big Upgrade — Love These AirPods!
These AirPods 4 surprised me in the best way. The sound is super clean, ANC works way better than I expected, and the fit is really comfortable for long use. Adaptive Audio feel smoother and more natural than the older models. Calls sound clearer too. Honestly just a solid upgrade all around — love them!

Very disappointed
I can't believe Apple sent me this product in such a terrible condition! The device arrived with scratches, and there was no internal cover to protect it. On top of that, the pods are different from what was expected, and the charging is completely off. My mobile wasn’t even recognizing the pods. I'm extremely disappointed by the quality of this product. This is not what I was expecting from Apple!

Bought these and have been really happy with them. The sound quality is very good, clear, and enjoyable for everyday use. Great headphones but If you want to use them on samsung they are louder but you can only use noise cancelation or transparency
