Very nice I was suffering with disk bulge back pain issue. Pain gradually got reduced. Build quality,Modes and intensity is top notch. Battery life is awesome. Only concern is that they should’ve provided more electrode pads. All in all it’s a great product.

Product is good otherthan sticking pads.
*Good product. Good battery life. Pain relief is not exact like tens machine, but ok for small pains. *Major problem is the durability of the sticking pads. It is getting damaged quickly.

Brilliant and super
Outstanding stuff. Don’t have to go to the physiotherapist anymore and waste so much money. Happy it’s made in India. The instruction manual and video were also so clear and easy to follows. Kudos to the manufacturer.

Dead on arrival, no refund option – now stuck waiting on an exchange
Purchased the UltraCare PRO TENS 1.0 (QUAD) on October 30, 2025, delivered October 31. Opened the box, fully charged it — nothing. No power, no display, no function across all four channels. A brand-new medical device, straight out of the package, completely non-working. This isn’t just a minor defect — it’s a total failure of quality control. How can a company ship a product like this and expect trust? Returned it immediately, but no refund option was available — only an exchange. So now, on November 1, I’m stuck with this brand and waiting on a replacement, hoping it actually works. Until proven otherwise, this feels unreliable, poorly made, and customer-hostile. Strongly advise looking at other brands with better QC and return policies. Will update if the replacement changes my mind — but right now, highly disappointed and not recommended.

It's really useful product...you can get vibration therapy at home.. battery is also good. Worth buying it.
