I notice a difference in reduced puffiness immediately after use. I am not as consistent as I should be, so I cannot give a true answer for reduced lines and wrinkles. Vibration is very relaxing though! Quality is good for the value of money. The product also holds a charge for a good amount of time.

Only has 3 colors which is fine, but what looks like it would be a cooking metal top is actually a silver plastic covering. Still works, but definitely not the metal cooling effect I was looking for.
