Exactly what is described.
Love this item, it has the taste of the Purple mochi. It is easy to mix and you don't have to add a lot of extras to it, just follow the directions (I do the waffles cause of our waffle machine.). Have tried other mochi mixes and find this one has a better texture and reminds me of Hawaii. Will be buying more as I run out of the ones I currently bought.

Something different, something yum!
For volume, these are a little expensive, but the flavor bomb and uniqueness of them is worth it. They tend to prefer high heat oils when cooking and don't quite bubble the same way as normal buttermilk pancakes so they require a bit more of a dedicated eye on them while cooking. They make a great change of variety in pancakes.

My family really enjoys this line of pancake mix and this flavor is very tasty. No syrup needed!

My dog loves them
I keep trying healthier alternatives to good old pancake mix, but nothing comes remotely close. This just tastes like rubbery starch pancakes. I suppose it does taste like and does have the consistency of mochi, so they weren't trying to pretend they were a real pancake substitute. I wasn't crazy about it, but my dog loved it.

Very convenient and tasty!
Not as good as Trader Joe’s but a good substitute. Really convenient with just add water . Good taste . Would be great for camping.

These taste so good! I don’t just add water though, I add a little sour cream, an egg, melted butter and milk. It’s such a nice flavor and color. So good!
