Philips Hair Clipper 7000, 28 Length Settings, Black

Fantastic hair trimmer. I've been cutting my hair since 2020 when the country lost its mind with the Rona... wore out my older chorded hair trimmer and needed a replacement. This cordless trimmer has so much adjustability and is very easy to use. The battery charge lasts for a few hair cuts and charges quickly. Highly recommended!

This is a straight replacement for a 3000 series(CENTER) bought at Mediamarkt in Amsterdam 2012, yes old one... still works using a generic adjustable clipper because the original broke off few years ago(plugged in and it is a bit dull)... but it is time to let it go. Or, I wish Phillips would see this review and refurbish my 2012 clipper so I could have it forever, that's really nice.It is very handy and since, never went back to the barber... my wife can't believe I cut my hair in front of the mirror without another mirror.... not perfect though.(No I don't shave my head, it is a proper cut..)Now... pictures one and two...This new one(RIGHT) has two adjustable guides and one fixed at 2mm(black), used both today for the first time. As I've been using the full scale machine before, it will require some adaptation, it is sharp out of the box. Meaning, the trimm is shorter.... my hair is veeeery short this time... remember, adaptation. After 45 min, battery was still at full power even using the turbo mode, looks good.YES, I do recommend this new Hair clipper.In between both, I have one 7000(LEFT) multifuncional clipper that works really well, but it's a difficult to see the hair through the blades.... many unwanted cuts happened few times, I did try.. but I can't see where the blade is specially cutting higher hair, and.... you have to change to the desired height/size every single time. Still good though...Why the 4 stars... I will need 3 hair cuts to fully accept it... Cheers!

From beard trimming to body grooming, this clipper does it all! Super happy with it!

My only complaint about this is that the precision dial and on/off button feel similar when I'm using it. Otherwise the design is excellent. I like the fact that the guide combs are accident-proof (i.e., it's virtually impossible for them to fall out and cause you to get a closer cut than you bargained for). The battery life is pretty good, and the noise level isn't bad. Overall it's a great product.
