Bought for my teenager. Lovely as you can tuck your hands in the sides for warmth and comfort. Belt has velcro so can fit any size. Considering buying one for myself!

Just a fantastic product. Wish I'd had something like this in the past when experiencing back pain! Being able to move around but keep the hot water bottle held firm against the aching area is a godsend!The belt is very wide so would probably accommodate up to size UK 22 if you were wearing it very low around the hips, size 28-30 if it's around the waist.The material is very soft so comfortable against bare skin, and supple with very firm velcro so movement is very easy. It's excellent for lying in bed (don't lie directly on it, but shifting from side to side is very easy).The hot water bottle itself is small, but this is an appropriate size for what the product does. I was initially apprehensive about the bottle's material seeming cheap and didn't trust it with hot water (don't ever fully boil water for a hot water bottle!) But this fear was unfounded. The bottle accommodates movement very well and slowly disperses heat at the same rate as any good hot water bottle.

And just like that, my daughters first period arrived far too early. Not that you're ever prepared for that.Being a clumsy single Dad, I did my best to gather a few comforts that would make the transition into a young woman as natural and painless as I could. Of all of the comforts I bought, this was by far the biggest in terms of Dad points.Really well made, adaptable for tummy and back, super cute, and most importantly, a comfort for a scary new world to an 11 year old. The water bottle has been safe and secure, which you kind of want when it's full of hot water, and the softness and cuteness of the wrap itself has been the warm hug my daughter needed.Very happy with this purchase. Easy 5 stars.

I bought this for my 13 year old daughter for her period pain. She absolutely loves this product. Cute looking, heat helpful and she absolutely loves wearing it around her waist. Would recommend buying this, price is amazing.

I suffer awful with Period Pains and usually have a hot water bottle shoved down the front of my PJ bottoms.This stays in place and keep the bottle where it needs to be. Great for back pain as well.Unfortunately it's not designed for larger ladies...I'm a size 14 and it just about fits across my upper hips. I love that you can use it as a hand warmer as well!

Bought this to use as a heat pack for my bad back and it's great. Stays hot for ages and the velcro straps keep it in place so you can move about freely. Would definitely recommend.

This little cutie is a life changer! The belt's material is very soft, with a small water bottle that is just perfect to cover the lower belly or lower back. It stays warm for a long time and it is very comfortable. The velcro strip perfectly holds it tight and in place.I use to find creative and unpractical ways to carry around my hot water bottle for several days during my periods. No more! I named him Boubou and he is my new best friend.

I use this hot water bag every day. I was looking for a smaller hot water bottle with a belt to hold it in place. This one is the perfect size and quality for daily use. I prefer a hot water bottle so that I can use it camping where I don't have a microwave and I can use a kettle to heat up water. The bottle is very soft and has ridges on 1 side and smooth on the other so you have an option of hos much contact you want. It also comes with a bag in case you aren't using the belt. The belt is well made, soft and comfortable. I like that it has a pouch on the back to hold the bottle and a pouch on the front for your hands.My only complaints are that the belt looks like a child's toy and the pouch that holds the bottle doesn't have a flap or velcro strip to hold the bottle in. If you put the bottle in then pick up the belt from the wrong side and have it dangling down before putting it on, the bottle will slide out. I know this is a small complaint and adding a flap would make it a little harder to put the bottle in the belt but for me it would be worth it. However, even with these small negatives, I would buy this item again as it's great value for the cost and its a very good product that's comfortable and easy to use!
