Hyland's Canker Sore Treatment for Kids by 4Kids Natural Pain Relief Mouth Ulcer Braces and Oral Irritation, Unflavor, 1 Count

My daughter developed about 20 painful ulcers in her mouth out of the blue. Her pediatrician said they are viral and must run their course, but knowing how painful just one is, I felt so bad for her. I’d been giving her Chloraseptic max before eating and it stings so much she’d have tears running down her cheeks but couldn’t make a cry face because it hurt too much. The spray also only lasted about 15 minutes. The first time I gave her these soothing dots, she had full relief for an hour and when the pain returned, it was significantly less than before. I’m continuing to dose as the instructions say, and am in awe at such a turnaround to her pain and behavior (who doesn’t get cranky and tired when in pain?!). Thank you, Hyland’s, for providing my daughter with natural, effective relief from her pain.

I originally bought these for my 5 year old who had a wicked run of canker sores. She liked them and they seemed to give her relief from the pain without numbing or stinging like orajel or other numbing brands. I can’t attest to them shortening the healing period because she had already been dealing with them for a week or more. However, I developed one the other day and grabbed one of these tabs just out of curiosity…lo and behold it actually eased the stinging pain! It doesn’t numb or last super long but gives some relief! I’ll be curious if it actually shortens the healing process but overall I’m glad to have found something that helps my canker sore prone child.

They work pretty good. If my son bites the inside of his mouth he will get an ulcer. I found these and they would help with the pain while eating foods but didn’t seem to make the sores heal faster. I would recommend for the price plus my local stores didn’t have any.

My toddler has a disorder called severe chronic neutropenia. One of the problems this causes is frequent, awful mouth sores. We’ve been trying to find something to help her for over a year, and this is the only thing that has made a difference at all.It hasn’t helped her sores heal quicker, but it has lessened the severity enough to the point she can drink fluids on her own.I would imagine they work even better for regular canker sores!This is going to be a staple in our medicine cabinet from now on, and I’ll be telling everyone I know about it. It’s a little expensive, since one bottle only lasts about 4-5 days, but it’s totally worth it.

The product works very well- I was amazed and how quickly it worked!! I realized a few days later though that the box had a manufacturers coupon that expired on 12/31/18... which means this product is at least 3 years old.... I don’t know if they have to have expiration dates since it wasn’t approved by the FDA, but still I am not happy that I was sent a product that is years old.

Ok guys I was desperate !!!! And I mean desperate to find something that my 2 year old could take!!!! And thank God I found these!!! As soon as she chewed on one of these it was almost instant relief for the poor baby girl who was in sooooo much pain. Obviously her doctor was no help she recommended baby Orajel i tried the medicated one and I think it actually burned where the kanker was so i wouldn’t recommend the medicated orajel for a kids kanker!!!!! Stay away! But def this stuff!!! This was a huuuuge life saver!!!

I don't write a ton of reviews, but this product is a lifesaver! My 2.5 yo has had a canker sore for 5 days, which only seemed to get worse and she was starting to refuse food altogether. Yesterday she cried practically half the day, until this was delivered *cue a heavenly chorus* I gave it to her as directed and the relief was almost instant! Within an hour she was saying, "I'm not crying anymore, I feel all better" *additional heavenly chorus* and today she is back to her usual self! Amazing! I only wish I got these sooner!

My 9 year old used them and she gets them periodically. She said there wasn't a taste, helped ease the pain and didn't mind taking them. They were easy for her to take.
