Little bouncy
The screen bounces a bit going over bumps but overall it holds it on perfectly and at a nice level where you can see the screen and maps well, but in a place that's not distracting.

This bracket makes my screen less good.
This does what it says it’ll do: it holds your Carpuride screen in your car’s cd slot. It’s secure, not gonna fall. The ball joint works fine. But the whole thing wobbles and bounces like crazy. A 2.0 version that’s more rigid would be great. But really, the bracket brings the entire Carpuride screen down, makes it worse.

Doesn't hold the weight of device.
It doesn't hold the weight of a carplay screen let alone an iPhone 15Pro Max. after a few minutes it just comes crashing down.

Poor quality. Holder and bracket can’t mate up
Parts do not work together. To mate the mounting piece with the CD slot holder you need a ball and socket. Two balls cannot mate up together!!! The piece attaching to the video display unit should be a socket. Returned for a refund.
