Q: i am 5'3 and about 130 pounds will this be too small?

My daughter wore it last year for a school program, she was around 65 lbs and in 2nd grade. I think she may try to wear it for holloween this year but she is not much more than what she was last year and it fit her pretty good than. So I would have to say yes it would be to small.

Q: What exactly does "child small" mean? As opposed to just "small"...

A child's small is the size that is smaller than a child's size 8. I bought a medium because my daughter wears a girl's 10.
